Henry Electric Co

I have used Henry's Electric for years. I call them whenever I have an electrical problem. They also were used by the contractor who did the addition to my house. Great company.

WOW once in a while you find that company who have the same values as your own .... and this is it Judy answered the phone i told her the problem she advised what to do rather than sending a contractor ou and to save me the call out fee if it didnt work she would be delighted to do so...it did ... im so impressed that we have some electrical outside lighting that needs installing and i wnt be looking anywhere else to provide the contractors .... amazing service thank you for restoring my faith in electrical contractors

Called in morning and was scheduled the same afternoon. Very professional & quick work.

The service went well. They were very courteous and professional, and I was satisfied with the work.

Arrived on Time. Completed all Work. Even did a few extras.

Couldn't be more pleased with the level of professionalism and the workmanship provided by David and his son from Henry Electric Company. The cost to do everything was exactly what he quoted me, even when the job took a little longer than expected to complete. He even stuck around to help me try to trouble shoot my spa when I had issues with it. Turned out to be nothing to do with the electrical. It was fixed later but I really appreciated David going the extra mile to help me try to figure it out that day even after he was finished with the electrical work. They also took great care to minimize the amount of dust that the pendant light install made in the house. You can tell when a company takes pride in how they treat a customer and this company is top notch in my book. Will hire them again if I ever need anything else done and have already recommended them to friends.

Manny listened to what we wanted, told us what he thought he could do and what risk there may be (if he couldnt fish the wiring on the concrete wall he might have had to put a hole and patch drywall), He made sure we had teh TV Wall Mount bracket so je could install the outlets at the right place. He was able to fish the wires, outlets placed perfectly, he even cleaned up everything with a vacumn (most people now of days dont seem to clean up as part of the job, my POV anyway, Manny did). He worked at a good pace, you can tell he knew what he was doing and was just really courteous and professional. I jokingly told him I would write in review we might even invite him to our Daughters wedding! He worked all morning so we did feed him lunch as it just seemed like right thing to do for the work he did, which he did great job at! Henry Electric - Thanks for sending Manny and thanks for all your prompt service in your HQ and call center as well.

I called and the receptionist was very polite and able to schedule the appointment that week. It turned out I had a conflict in my schedule on the day we were suppose to have the work done and they adjusted their schedule without complaint. Manny showed up the next day and was very polite and professional. I would use the company again. I thought the price was high, but I think all electricians probably charge about the same.

Best electric company we ever worked with. They came the next day and went right to work. Did a fabulous job. Will use them again.

The electrician fixed one of my problems I'd been trying to fix for months in less than 10 mins. I was very impressed and will use again.

Service was scheduled for 8:30 in the morning. The provider phoned on the morning of the install to change the time to 9:15. The provider arrived on time at the new scheduled time. The provider was friendly and the work was performed as I expected. The install time was 5-6 hours.

Too bad 5 is your highest score--they deserve a 6. When I called their office it was immediately answered by a friendly family member(Scott). I explained my problem and the fact that I was out of town and coming back in for a short stay. They worked their schedule around me. They even found one of their electricians that was short on hours so they would not have to charge me overtime. Keith was 5 min early for our appointment( I almost always expect a 1 hour delay so I was shocked). He quickly got to work, discovered that I had a short and quickly found the receptacle that had caused it. Keith was meticulous, friendly and effecient. Even more quickly he discovered the cause of the sprinkler failure that my lawn service did not notice.He even changed a bulb in a cathedral ceiling that I could not reach. I was simply amazed at the service.

It went very well. Everyone I interacted with at Henry Electric was very courteous and professional, and everything looks proper now.

I am the recently widowed father of 2 special needs sons. We moved into a 20 yr old house and were upgrading the kitchen appliances. The wall oven needed a 10 amp upgrade to 30 amps. I called Henry Electric on Monday morning and Paul made an appointment for 7:00 PM THAT SAME DAY! He showed up, quoted a price and then proceeded to climb in the attic, fish a correct sized wire, complete the job, and then clean the area. Paul finished at 10:30 and I offered to pay more and he said no - that the price he quoted is the price he charges. I CANNOT overstate how grateful, impressed & satisfied I am with Henry Electric and especially Paul.

Outlets were checked and reset, the dryer was another story. We had trouble hooking the dryer up the 2 days before. When we went to rewire the dryer from a 3 prong to a 4 prong, it kept tripping the breaker. This was an apartment building so we opted on the safe side and hired an electrician. When he checked all outlets and the wiring, everything seemed to be in order. Upon plugging it in and turning it on, there was a spark and smoke from the dryer. Seems that was the issue all along. Something in the wiring behind the panel of the dryer. He changed the breaker, unplugged and checked the wall outlet. This was an appliance issue not an electrical issue. Judy, who made the appointment was very nice. The appointment was made very quickly. Charles called 30 minutes out and was on time. He was very helpful and very apologetic that he was not able to fix the situation. I was only charged for the hourly fee, less the $10 coupon I had from online.

The breaker that our AC runs through was making a sparking noise and I could see it arcing. Shelby from Henry Electric came and replaced the breaker. He was on time, quick and courteous. The price was fair for the parts and time spent.

From the time Manny came in I got a good sense that he was truly a pro. I had an old wired canister that was not working, so he ran the power from the adjacent bathroom to the switch and made had it working in short order. He also added a power outlet on a wall that had none. I used to run a long extension cord for lamps and speakers. He had to do some cutting and fabrication but made the job seamless and worked clean. Speaking of clean, he also vacuumed up after all the work was finished. He was polite and did not deviate from the job, I would definitely put my trust in Henry Electric for future jobs.

It was great, part of the lights in my house had blown out. I contacted Henry Electric based on the reviews on Angie's list. I was able to speak to someone right away and she asked thorough questions as to what I was experiencing. Once that was done she told me that an electrician would be contacting me and coming out the same day. He called me 1/2 hour before coming out to my house and diagnosed the problem quickly. Eric was professional and very nice. As a matter of f t they will be coming out to change the external fuse box next week. I would highly recommend Henry Electric to everyone in need of electrical services.

I called their office after finding them on Angies List. I was greeted by Judy and after describing my problem she said they had a truck just down the street from my home. Now that was great so I left work and met Kieth the electrician. Kieth was very professional and listened to my problems and immediately started work. He was able to identify the issue and fixed everything. Then he told me the charge was $80. This was very reasonable and I was a little shocked the charge was so low. Kieth then told me that since I found them on Angies List I would get a $10 discount, so my bill was only $70. I have to say this company is honest, does a great job and I was very impressed with Kieth. I need to have some additional work done and I would not use anyone else. Henry Electric is now my electrician of choice. Look, they were honest, fast, professional, friendly and reasonable. In today's crazy world I can, without hesitation recommend them. I was so impressed I called their office after Kieth left to let them know how impressed I was with their service. That is something I don't normally do but I was so blown away by their service I felt compelled to let them know. Judy, the lady in the office told me Mr. Henry is very particular who he has working for him. If Kieth is an example then I can tell you they have very high standards. By the way I think this is my only Angies List review and I did it to share with you my experience. Good service should be rewarded as it seems to be a vanishing trait in our time.
