Mr. Henry was great at reviewing what needed to be done and pricing it out. Keith was very knowledgable, professional, and cared about his work and our home. Work was started and completed on time with all of my questions answered.

I contacted the company to get a "look-over" of my wiring in my garage crawl space. I just wanted to make sure all was well. As it turned out...the tech found some dangerous wiring that had been done sometime in the past and he was able to re-do to make it safe. Thank goodness!!

This was the second time I called Henry Electric, and requested Shelby. The first time he had come out to fix a number of outlets and switches and install a number of lights. Both times, Shelby arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He was creative in fixing problems, and clearly knowledgeable in what he was doing. All fixes and installations have worked perfectly from the moment they were completed. Shelby was even able to recommend an excellent lighting shop just down the road from us, where they fixed the hall light that he had removed on visit #1 and re-installed on visit #2. I was very impressed with the service right from the first time I spoke with the receptionist, to the last work performed. We will definitely be hiring Henry Electric for all of our future electric projects!

This is my second experience with their company and would call them again for any new problems.

It is funny because I have been an Angies List member for years, we purchased a spa and quickly needed an electrician to install another breaker box, so thinking I could never get someone out the next day, I asked the Spa company for a referral. They gave me the number for Henry Electric. Mr. Henry and his son were here the next day and worked until the job was done. It was a difficult job because of the way our house is built. Mr. Henry replaced a breaker free of charge when he noted one was bad, and he noticed an item in the yard I tripped on, and fixed that, saying he would not accept money for doing that. He also caulked a pipe, stuck to his original estimate although it took a long time. In the question posed on this site, "would you hire Henry Electric again?", I have to laugh because I hired them to come and install closet lighting before they finished the first job. Great service, professional, definitely got my moneys worth - and they cleaned up after themselves! The other funny thing was neither they nor I knew I was an Angie's List member, so everything they did was what they do for everyone, not just to get a good review.

Worked hard to complete job on schedule. Friendly and easy to communicate with regarding technical issues.

Henry showed up with in a couple of hours of my call. Was very fast and neat. He was very professional in dealing with me and I would use him again.

He came as agreed and in a timely manner. Did everything needed. The fee was reasonable. Even came once before he did the fixing and did some work but did not charge for it! I have used them in the past and they have been good so I will use them again.

They were wonderful. Very efficient, well priced, they were fair. I was really happy with their service, they pulled the permit in a timely manor, everything checked out perfectly. It was flawless. I worked with Manny, he was very professional, and he did a great job.

I used Henry Electric before to install a ceiling fan and change out a wall socket. They did an excellent job putting in bracing for the fan and rewiring; the Electrician was prompt and cordial and the job cost $240 including the $10 discount for the referral from Angie's List.

The electrician came out right away as we were concerned about not passing an inspection. We were unable to locate the problem ourselves with this non-working receptacle. He found that it had never worked in the line and made sure wires were disconnected properly. We were pleased with the way he took care of the problem and explained as he went along. We will be calling Henry Electric for any further electrical issues we may have.

Keith was awesome!! Keith was honest and was genuine in his approach to helping us. I was impressed with his commitment in order to fix the problem right. He quickly picked up on my need to get it right since the previous homeowners took shortcuts in wiring 2 bedrooms. Within 2 hours, Keith fixed the wiring in 2 rooms and also fixed an outlet and light outside the house. If I run into any other electrical surprises I can't fix, I am calling Henry Electric to come back out. I highly recommend Henry Electric and honestly won't go anywhere else.

Kevin and Shelby did a great job. They were very quick and detailed. They installed 3 pendant lights and they are aligned perfectly. They were very attentive to my preferences and asked me questions thought all the installations to be sure I was happy with the fixture placements. They cleaned up any mess they made and were very professional.

They did a wonderful job for us. He helped save us a lot of money in the long run. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us some great advice was just great.

The installers were pleasant, on time, and informative. Helping us come to some decisions regarding rewiring and such. We have had no issues with their work.

Sometimes on Angie's List it is hard to know which company to choose. Henry Electric had good reviews, and when I called their office, Judy was very helpful and when out of her way to answer all of my questions. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and Charles, the electrician, called me about a half an hour before he came. He was professional, cordial, and cleaned up very well after he was done. I thought we had a faulty ceiling fan, but he discovered that the previous "self-labeled electrician" had not wired the dimmer switch correctly, so he installed the correct one for us. I was very happy with the work that Charles did and he I appreciated his realistic quotations for other electrical work we were considering. My wife was also very happy that the outlet for her treadmill was installed in our screen room and that the ceiling fan and light now work properly! I highly recommend Henry Electric to anyone who wants the job done right!

Next-day service, arrived on time, we reviewed all issues, he then left to get supplies. Did all work efficently, cleaned up after himself. All was done well (and the lights still are working every time we flip the switch - something that has not happened in years). Nice JOB

Last year Henry Electric installed a doorbell in my home. Last week it stopped working. Right on time Monday Charles arrives to fix it. Turns out the pushbutton stuck and burned out the transformer and the chime. Charles replaced all that at NO CHARGE! Just like that, no hints from me., I even had my checkbook out, but no, no charge. That is really standing behind your work..

Charles was our installer and really surprised me at how short a time the job took. I was prepared for a full days shutdown with an ice cooler with food we'd need since the fridge was sealed closed to conserve temperature and here Charles had us back up in less than 4 hours. Not only that, his work was meticulous and efficient. The only "problem" that happened was his battery went out on the circuit finder as well as in his backup unit so we ID'd the circuits the old fashioned way by yelling "YES" when the lights went on circuit by circuit! Would I use Henry Electric again? You betcha.

Charles deleted an electrical line that was accidently cut. When I inquired advice on outside lighting and our lanai fan, he took the time to explain what I needed to do. Will use them on all future projects

Charles was quick and very informative on the work he was doing. He was done with in 30 minutes of arrival.

As part of kitchen rehab, installed lights I provided where none had previously been and prepared electrical outlets in backsplash area above cabinets so tile could be installed. Business owner Chuck Henry, over 80 years old and spry as can be, showed up on time to provide electrical assessment and estimate. Mr Henry's electrician showed up exactly on time and accomplished the work in record time despite having to cut new holes, pull wire etc etc. Terrific young man and I'm sorry to say I cant remember his name. Job was done in record time and was painless, neat, clean and professional.. This is a family owned and operated business and it shows. Dealing with the folks is like going back in time when most people were sincere, you could trust what they said and they had pride in their work. I'll use these folks again.
