After initial contact with Judy, Keith arrived the next day and provided an estimate. I revised the scope of work and called Judy a second time. She spoke with Keith and called me back with a second verbal estimate. I agreed and an appointment was scheduled. The electrician assigned had personal issues and did not keep the appointment. I again contacted Judy and she arranged for another electrician to come out the following day. Charles arrived on time, completed the work in a neat and professional manner in a couple of hours. I will recommend Henry Electric to friends and family.

The job went smoothly, there was a bit of confusion on their part as to the scheduling of a second electrician to do some of the work, but it came good on the second day. On the first day a single electrician arrived promptly and went to work. He removed the old panel and then set to work installing a new panel. The panel was replaced, breakers installed and circuits label in about 6 hours. Which means I had power and AC back in just 6 hours - sweet. The work inside the new panel was gorgeous and easily passed inspection by Altamonte Springs. The next day a second electrician came out for a couple of hours and installed the smoke detectors, which meant getting in the attic to wire each detector at noon in the middle of August (a true masochist). That work went quick and the installations are very professional. Also on the second day the 100A sub panel was replaced and relocated and my Tesla electric car charger was installed. The work was straight forward, but time consuming (because small details matter) and I appreciate the care he took to get it right. Once we had the car charger verified all that was left was clean up. They did a good job collecting their mess, which involved lots of little sharp metal pieces that could cut tires, but they got it all up. Some of my blown in insulation came down due to needing to get in the attic, but it was all cleaned up and they helped me put back some fiberglass batt insulation over my attic entrance. At the end of the second day it was complete and I was happy. I had new upgraded service and I had rid myself of two panels that my insurance company frowned upon (Zinsco and FPE). About a week later the inspector came and the primary electrician that did the work was there to open up the panels for the inspector and to answer any questions. The work passed with no issues. For the amount of work done and the quality of the work - the job was a very good value for me. I will not choose anyone else for any future electrical work I need done.

The fans were installed quickly and they work/look great. Would definitely use them again.

Everyone is absolutely wonderful at Henry Electric! They are friendly, thorough, professional and best of all honest! Judy was my first contact to set up a service quote. She was cheerful and quick to schedule an estimator to come out. Kevin came out to estimate the services needed for the 1960's home we are remodeling. He took his time listening and determining the exact services needed. The price was exactly what I expected and there were no hidden surprises. The installation process was done quickly. Manny left the area better than he found it. I will definitely use their services in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional electrical work.

Service provided by Doug. He is Very knowledgeable, very Professional, clean worker and offered his expertise advice to enhance lighting in the kitchen. Would not hesitate calling Henry Electric Company for future electrical needs and Would definitely ask for Doug because we have full confidence in his workmanship. Would like to note that Doug speaks very highly of Henry Electric Company and the owners which is good to know that they have dedicated employees.

My electrical service was deemed poor by my insurance company during a 4-point inspection. The incoming electrical wiring was covered by a fiberglass covering (the house is 47 years old). Henry came in and put in a new riser, outside meter box, and new wiring into the house to my main panel. The main panel was also updated to meet current electrical standards. The workmanship was excellent, and the service was great.

Excellent experience. Charles was the electrician who provided service. He was on time, friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose and resolve my issue in about 10 minutes. Since that went so quickly I mentioned a couple of other minor issues I had with a ceiling fan and a dimmer switch in my kitchen. He gladly checked them out and helped me get everything resolved simply and quickly, which is exactly what I was looking for. This was the second time I've used this company and I have had perfect experiences both times. I highly recommend!

Good professional service, fair price. No complaints

Contractor was very punctual both with providing a quote and performing the services. Price was competitive. Work was performed on a home I own and was trying to sell. The home was over 1000 mi from my residence. The contractor worked seamlessly with my realtor to gain access to the house and perform the work. Very pleased with how the job went.

Doug came out and quickly determined my issue and in short time made the repair to my A/C units disconnect which included a new box, disconnect and rewire . He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Henry Electric to anyone looking for electrical service for their home.

From the first phone call with Henry Electric I was very pleased to see how responsive and friendly they were. The first appointment was very punctual and the phone call 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment made it very easy to leave work to meet the Electrician. I was looking to install a tankless hot water heater, and Henry Electric was coming out to check if our service could handle the added amperage from the tankless system. The electrician was very professional and seemed to really know what needed to be done. I was told that he had to run some calculations, then we should expect a quote. This is the point that everything came apart - we received the quote on March 17th, and it stated that I would be responsible making the openings in the ceiling, wall and removing a cabinet that was above the electrical panel. The price was very reasonable, so I called and scheduled the work for March 24th . I then had my contractor open the requested spots in the ceiling, walls, remove a cabinet, hot water heater and the shelf it set on. The service was scheduled for March 24th, and we received a call on March 23rd stating that Henry Electric could not do the work because our electric service would have to be upgraded outside. I still had Henry Electric come out and install a GFI circuit. I voiced my dissatisfaction with how much extra time and money they cost me due to their error, and was hoping that Henry Electric would provide the GFI circuit installation for free to help make up for their error - this was not the case.

Mr. Polan came out and did a great job for us. It was a tricky job. He had everything he needed on his truck and worked diligently for the entire time he was here. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was a nice guy too. The office staff was nice, professional and competent. I will use Henry Electric again.

I highly recommend Henry Electric Co. and will definitely call them in the future for my electrical needs. Last evening I realized my A/C had stopped working and temp was rising in the house. I have a 93 year old Mom who is very ill and bed ridden. The breaker had tripped and when I reset, it made a terrible noise and immediately tripped again. I assumed it was the breaker as this is an older home. I logged on to Angie's List and looked for an electrician I felt I could trust and I sent an email. I called around 7:30 am this morning and left an voice mail explaining the critical situation with my Mom. Judy returned my call at 8:03 and made arrangements to send an electrician, Manny, to our home mid morning. She was very sensitive and responsive to the situation with my Mom. This company knows and believes in customer service. Manny called 30 mins ahead as she said he would, was on time, and very professional. He worked quickly and determined that in fact I did NOT need new breakers, but let me know he believed it was my A/C Compressor. He could have changed out the breaker and charged me. However, he said the breakers looked good and I called the A/C company. As I said - I highly recommend. They are honest, professional, and completely customer focused. Every time I contact Henry Electric, they do an excellent job! Charles has been to my house before and I always appreciate his professionalism and honesty on what can or can't be done according to "code." This time I needed 3 outside lights installed with a sliding switch. He came over and installed everything just as promised. I am very happy with Henry Electric. Even the office staff is friendly and have a helpful attitude. I am glad that Angie's List introduced me to Henry Electric and I recommend them to you without hesitation!

I've used them before. The first time I used them, they did a big job. They put in a new circuit breaker on the outside of my home. I decided to use them again now, because they did a real good job on the previous job. I called and they responded right back. I told them what I needed and they came out and gave me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and we set up a schedule. He came right out, when he said he was going to be here. He put in the ceiling fan and the new switch, and it worked out real well.

Everything went very well. We will definitely have him back to complete more projects for us. I thought he was professional. He gives quality advice. His workmanship is very good.

I have used Henry Electric many times over the years and have always been really happy with their work.

Our living room was in need of new carpet and we decided while the room would be empty we would remove the popcorn texture and add recessed lighting to the room. There was an order to the process: 1. remove popcorn 2. add recessed lighting 3. New carpeting Manny came out to give us an estimate on the job and the timeframe in which it could be performed. I went ahead and accepted the quote and scheduled the service. Charles showed up on time and began to set up a table in the foyer for her work zone. He showed me where the lights would be installed before he cut into the ceiling. The lights looked awesome and it was exactly what I was looking for! Charles cleaned up the entire area before he collected payment. He was professional, informative and friendly!

We originally had Manny come out and give us a quote on this project on 10-9-2013 but we had to wait a year before we were ready to start it. We had Manny come back out to update the quote and go over the project in specific details on 7-25-2014. In a year the price had gone up about $200 which we expected. We scheduled the work to start 9-19-2014. U-dig showed the day before to mark all the underground utilities as a trench for the new wiring from the house would be needed. The trenching tool was delivered shortly before Manny and Keith showed up on the scheduled date. They left around 2:30 because of the August heat but the trench was dug and wiring would start the next day. They arrived in the morning and got right to work. Left around the same time the next day. Work was originally supposed to finish up on Thursday but Manny said it would be early Friday. I had cleared the week for the work, mainly because in August the weather is intense (the heat/storms). Manny came Friday morning to finish with the fixtures and clean the area. He brought me out to show me, in detail, how everything was working. The original estimate was to use the existing wiring and panel. But, Manny had installed new wiring and a new panel and everything was above code. He had also installed a separate line outside for future cable to be added. I don't think I could say enough how smoothly this project went and how happy we were. Manny and Keith were honest, professional, friendly and patient. I provided a cooler of water and gatorade each day and they were extremely grateful! We will use Henry Electric for the rest of our projects period!!

Would absolutely use this provider again. He was punctual, actually he came early with my permission. We had initially called because the GFI kept tripping and turning our second refrigerator/freezer off. He quickly fixed the problem by installing a new GFI and a new plug. He was ready to leave when I asked him if he replaced ceiling fans. He does. I had the 3 fans/lights and he had enough time to install all 3 and rewire some switches so the lights and the fans could be independent of each other. Great job. The fans all operate wonderfully. I can't say enough good about Chuck Henry!
