My project consisted of a bathroom laminate floor and toilet installation. Brett Collins was a delight to work with. He is knowledgeable and competent in his field and handled the unexpected elements (that seem to always occur on a project) effectively and professionally. The fee charged for all the services he rendered was modest. I wouldnâ t hesitate to rehire for a future project.

Came on time, worked hard, charged only the estimate.

Bret and his guys were polite, honest, and extremely helpful. When there was an issue, he immediately sent the men back to fix it. I would definitely use him again.

Bret and his crew did a great job for us. Our project was to repair our bulkhead and the stairs down into the basement. They took out the wide door and replaced it with a double door setup. They put in new stairs and put a door into the basement. The family all agree that it was a very nice job they like it very much. I realize this isn't a major job for some people but it was for us. I would be more then happy to say thanks to Bret and his boy's.

Bret and his crew are amazing! I needed a wall built in my basement so that we would have an "owner's area" for our Airbnb. He understood that time was of the essence and was able to send to Gladiators to accomplish the job. I needed three 100lb cabinets installed for storage and they were able to add this to the job with no hassle! I'm keeping Bret's number as a favorite in my phone and I know I will use it again and again!

Bret and his crew did a fantastic job removing our old carpet and installing new vinyl plank flooring! The work was impeccable and they cleaned up every step of the way. You would hardly know they were there at the end of the day. The job was actually done two days ahead of schedule, and we also asked at the last minute, to have new backsplash installed in our kitchen. Nick did a wonderful job and everything looks great! We would strongly recommend Kilcollins Construction to everyone and will definitely use this company again! 5 stars!!

Bret came in and gave a fair estimate and came in with his crew and stripped the roof of my dormer in one day and put the new asphalte shingles the next day and i am very pleased with his work. anyone that needs roof work done should give him a call.
