The owner, Mike, is responsive and truly engaged in the entire process. I would highly recommend Aqua System. He was great to work with and we are very happy with the water purification system and the reverse osmosis system is phenomenal.

Mike the representative of Custom H20 LLC was a pleasure to work with. We needed a "whole house water filtration system." He was patient, he listened, analyzed and explained the answer to all the concerns we had, and we had a lot based on the quality of Florida's water and the multitude of water filtration systems and information that's available, which confuses the water issue even more. I do have to acknowledge Nick the technician who was also very keen with his job and quite patient with my husband's concern, which in our case, a hole in the wall was required and a short portion of pipe to be laid. Nick did a great job. Going forward, we will definitely be recommending Custom H20 LLC to anyone looking to get a water filtration system and 'note' there was no subtle push for us to purchase more system than what was needed. We are really appreciating the in-home water quality and so much less work re-polishing utensils, glasses, sinks, etc. and not to mention the constant filtering of water via an on the counter water filter jug. With bath/showers and everything combined, it's a better frame of mind.

Mike came back a couple of days after fixing our system to test the water and ensure all was working properly, and it was. He was. Very personable and helpful. We will use this company again.

Mike spent the time to explain everything I needed to know and tested our water. He took the time to explain my current Halo system to me, but I wanted soft water. He also introduced the fact that I could use Potassium Chloride vs Sodium Chloride in my system, which we did choose Potassium Chloride. The system was installed 2 days later and the installer arrived right on time, which I appreciate!! I would recommend Custom H2O and Mike to anyone! You will get the best service.

I called on a Thursday and the system was installed by Monday Morning @ 10 am. Of note, I was given an arrival time at 8:30-10.31. Nick arrived at 8:31 !!!

Mike was courteous, professional and super knowledgeable about an older water softener system we had in place. He was great at explaining the operation of the system and where the problems were. He also communicated well regarding when he was able to get to my house for the appointment.

Very quickly installed from initial contact and very professional

Right before new years my biggest fear came true. My aging whole house reverse osmosis system failed and it left me hopeless and without water. In a panic i started looking and calling places to give me a quote on replacing my whole system. Then I was contacted by Mike here on home advisor and he promptly came out to evaluate my system. I thought I was doomed, but Mike and his team were there to help. What I had was a mess, i was missing parts and pieces, and had leaks all over. All in all it was ugly. He provided me with top tier customer service, and his communication and professionalism is second to none. His installer Nick did an excellent and thorough job and they both listened to my wants and needs. I wanted a system that would work, a system that looked like it belonged, and my other half wanted the"smelly water" to be gone. I got all of that and some. The smell is gone, the system looks great up along my house, and I cannot Express how happy I am. If you are tired of being treated like cattle, and want some good old fashioned customer service. Look no further, I would recommend Custome H2O to anyone. They We even signed up for their monthly maintenance plan!! All in all pick up the phone and call. You will NOT be disappointed!
