From the initial visit to to the finished install the entire process was phenomenal. Marcus came out and tested my water and used my input to find the best option for my needs. He made sure to not sell me anything i did not need. The installer showed up on time, was quick and even went above and beyond adding an extra softened water spout so i can clean my boat. The water is now crystal clear and leaves the skin feeling clean. I could not be more pleased with the work they provided and at half the cost of others. Well done Custom H20.

Mike was very informative with a lot of knowledge about the whole house water system. The installer arrived on time and in a short time had it all hooked up. The fast response to my inquiry through Home Advisor and then the install took only three days.

Marcus who is one of the partners was on time and looked professional. I had 3 other people quote my water iron issue and non of them recommended cleaning the resin and doing a Citric acid flush. Everyone else was selling me new softener systems and AOIs. I went with the monthly treatment plan were a tech comes out each month and also scheduled it for the recommend service. Within 5 days my iron issue has been resolved without spending thousands of dollars.

The installer needed to do extra work so all's well that ends well. Customer service took care of the problem very well.

Before we purchased our reverse osmosis system from custom H2O, we were not exactly sure of which water system to buy. Mike from Custom H2O came to our house and thoroughly explained all of the different products that they offer and discussed with me what our needs were and helped us determine the best product for our family. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from them. After our reverse osmosis system was installed, they came back out (per my request) and tested our water to make sure the system was working properly and it was. Good customer service. Helped me figure out where the water problem was coming from in my home. Didn t charge me a penny even for the service call since there wasn t anything he needed to fix as far as my water softener was concerned. Even tested my water for free. Would recommend.

Very professional company. Mike treated us great and went the extra mile. He came back a couple of weeks after the installation to make sure that everything was working correctly. While doing this, he noticed that one of the chords was not working correctly, so he replaced it on the spot. Because of this issue, he came back to do a check on the equipment three weeks later and it was working as it should. Mike went above and beyond and I really appreciate that level of customer service.

Very satisfied with entire experience! Mike answered every question and concern I had. I don t like pushy salesman that try and take advantage of me and over sale for compensation. Mike s company was number 3 and I am glad we held out! Mike was up front and honest and suggested what we needed for our home based on how many people and wanted to know how we used our water. And even ask questioned I didn t know to ask! Nick was the gentleman that did the installation and he was very professional and on time. When he finished he came in and went over every detail and what to except! Great company and great service!
