Marcus and Mike were great from start to finish...there was some trouble shooting to get things exactly where it needed to be, but they both worked the issue out in the Florida heat until it was right. Great price compared to other companies and excellent customer service!

Best water system ever. You wouldn’t even know I was on a well. Not only do I have good water, I have more pressure, my toilets are clean and no more smells. Wish I would have done this years ago. Cleaned up afterwards and took all old equipment. Kudos to Custom H2O, LLC , you’re the Best in my book, no more water worries ♥️

Mike was my salesman. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. He called after the instillation to make sure all went well and came out the next day to make sure I was happy. Tim (the installer) let me watch the whole process and was very patient with all of my questions. I did not get to meet Marcus but again he was very nice answered every time I texted or called with questions. These guys don t pressure you to buy like the companies who come knocking on your door with their testing briefcase. I am happy with my purchase and will use them again when I move.

They are by far the biggest bang for your buck.

Marcus was great and honest and quoted me a very reasonable price. He also fast-tracked my installation. Dave the installer was great too. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful to the max! When I had a small concern the day after the install, they were quick to respond and were here within a couple hours. You really can't ask for better customer service than this company provides.

Marcus helped me with a problem with an old softener to get me through until he could take care of it. He was very professional and installed a new water softener. I could not ask for better customer service.
