Called ahead of arrival, arrived on time. Free estimate, notified me when they hit a bump and got my approval before increasing the cost. Finished at the agreed upon rate. Very professional from appearance to work.

They were fast enough to get me in doing the work with them. The quality of the work was very good. I am happy with that, but when I called them and sent several messages just to ask a simple question, NEVER I got an answer from them. The owner told me that they always step behind their customers, but with me, they did not. In my opinion, customer service is very important and not just to do good work.

After a bad experience with one of their employee, the company owner called me. He send, Corey Scott and came to my house. He solved the problem (the original reason for the first call). This employee and the company owner are very professional and great service. Sometimes companies have employees that make them look bad, like my first experience, but the owner took the situation on his hands and solved. Thanks you are very professional.

The first time they came to repair sprinklers, they said they know how to fix it and charged me $500. They offered guaranty, but the first time I called them for garanty, they did not come. Second call, they came but said they did not know how to fix it. By the way...the guaranty calls were about the same problem that we had the first time we called them and pay $500. So, they do not know how to fix it? Why did they charge $500?

First class operation. I was so shocked from other service I have received and Iâ m about to call them again.this wasnâ t replacing sprinkler heads. Iâ m having a pool put in. These guys ran all pipe helped with other problems I had, a large job!!!!! These guys did a thorough job and in world record time. It was a crew of 5. Thanks again guys

FYI...Most of online reviews with hi rating are fake. These people try to get a lot of money for not doing anything and argue about fixing their bad work. I paid $600 for 2 guys to work 2 hours. The only equipment is shovel and pvc cutters.The warranty is no good. The day after they did little job I asked them to fix the nozzles hitting my house and fence with orange well water.We argued, they cursed, shot birds, and left job. I have seen the real reviews online(the negative ones).These people should be run out of town.
