Their tech Adrian was awesome! Professional, respectful, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He replaced my control box as well as a new routing system. He also fixed and rerouted one of my zones. All the work got done in one day!

We were having trouble with our sprinklers hitting the house and the fence. When Matt looked at our old system he recommended that we revamp the system. He did it that day and we were very pleased. It is nice that he guaranteed his work for one year, too. We would recommend them highly.

I had a leak in one pipe attachment. Hired simply sprinklers as they were the first to respond from Angi inquiry. They came the next morning. It seemed fixed until two days later when the sprinklers came on and the one he fixed was not working. Called back and they came back that day and found the problem and fixed it. He was nice enough to replace a sprinkler head that was wonky free of charge. If I need sprinkler repair again I will definitely on call them again!

The owner is very nice but lives and works out of town. He subcontracts with local vendors. The one I received was gruff, rushed the work because they had another job to go to, and when I called regarding items that weren?t repaired or replaced to water the yard or plants- I received a professional response from the owner then an unprofessional response from the subcontractor. Still pending.

The installer was able to assess and fix the sprinkler valve problem the same day I called, and give text updates on the work progress, since I wasn't there on person. I am really pleased with how thoroughly he fixed a problem that had been going on for years.

They collected 50% deposit and promised the service but they never showed up.

Called in the morning to make an appointment and Mark actually fit us in that day. Cory showed up went over the issues we were having and fixed them.

These guys responded promptly and fit us in there schedule in less than a half a day.

The technician's name was Corey and he is outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable about sprinkler systems, Corey explained all repairs he was making to my system. Replaced all 7 valves in the yard (they were as old as my home, 20 years, and needed to be replaced). He examined all sprinkler heads and rotors and replaced approximately 10 of each. I am extremely satisfied with both the quality of the work and Corey's manner. I only gave a 4.5 star rating on the price - seemed fair to me, but I do not have the market pricing data that would let me know if I got a good deal. I am extremely happy with the way my system is operating however.

The guy who did the work did an excellent job. Called to let me know he was coming, was on time as promised, gave me estimate completed the job same dat, cleaned up & explained job. Owner of company called, promised to bring dirt to put around new sprinkler heads but never showed. Worker great, owner bad.
