Trying to add to the job beyond what was initially requested

Contractor was friendly and hard-working. Revamped my entire, large (11 zone ) sprinkler system in one day. I have not had a chance to see if all the work accomplishes full coverage but should see results in a couple of weeks. Thought the price was a little high but if it works and solves my problems I might reconsider that.

Original Review: Showed up on time. Work quoted and completed the same day. Would certainly use again. Update: 07/09/19. I have used these guys again since the original review. After the initial repair they had to come back out again since the leak started in the same spot. They came back out and fixed it no problem. Even reset the timer and did a great job. 5 stars!!! Yesterday 07/09/19 they were scheduled to come out again for a new leak that had sprung up. I contacted Mark (I think?) by text and sent pictures of the issue. I received a text from Mark in the morning letting me know they were backed up and would get to me later in the day - I responded no worries;. Later in the day I was contacted by the tech who complained to me that he would rather go home to his wife then drive up to Debary to fix a leak. He had spent all day in Orlando working on jobs that were over $1500 each and did not want to deal with it. I asked him what he estimated the job at and after a series of questions he told me it would be $150.00. I asked him about the quote since it was a little more than expected (I thought around $100.00), he told me he was ;not going to do it for free. I responded that I did not expect a job for free, just wanted to get the details of the quote. It was clear at this point he was in no mind to do the job. I said dont worry about it, ill call your boss;. To which he replied what, are you going to try to get me in trouble now!?;. I told him no, maybe there is someone closer who can do the job so you don;t have to come up from Orlando;. He said there is no one else, we only have 3 techs. I responded again to not worry about the job, that I would call the office. At this point I was simply trying to deescalate the call. I called the office but could not get through. Via text I communicated to Mark (again - apologies if I have the wrong name) the situation. He did apologize, said he expected the job to be about $90.00 and would send another tech. I appreciate the response but felt it best to move on.

Mark was able to have 2 of his employees stop at our home on returning from a previous job. Corey and his associate addressed our concerns , gave us an excellent quote and were able to repair our sprinkler system in about two hours. Left everything nice and clean. Definitely will hire same company in the future should work be needed.
