While here checked our R/O system which has not been working correctly for some time. System replaced and we were happy with the price special.

It was great, showed up during the hour window they said they would be here for. Took about an hour for their installation, they showed us how it works and what to know and that was it. I would definitely recommend them.

There were no troubles with scheduling. One technician came to complete the work. Everything turned out great!

They showed up on time, scheduling was easy, and they were courteous and professional. They removed and installed the new unit in no time flat. They were very informative on how the unit works and answered all our questions. I will be using FWT for sure again.

It turned out that our system was shot and I was not prepared to purchase a new one (about $1200). The technician was very knowledgeable and showed me the components that were rotted out. I'll probably get one next year, but I have other projects that take priority.

They did a great job at evaluating the problem but in the end it was time for a new softener. In some ways these promotions I think are a sales pitch for new equipment as in florida water softeners do not last well. The guy left us quotes for a new one. After shopping around though I chose a different vendor I had used in the past to replace the water softener as I have an old one of theirs that had lasted me at the previous home for 10 years and I was very happy with it.

I contacted the company through Angie's List describing my need for a drinking water filtration system. The owner, Matt, contacted me and set up an appointment to check my current water softener and to see how a drinking water filter could be installed. I am new to the area and have lived in quite a few states. I have had filter systems installed in all of my previous homes. My experience with Florida Water Treatment has been the best ever. Matt brings a wealth of knowledge concerning water and impact on health. The overall cost was very reasonable and installation at a later date was completed. Very pleased with the system.

The service tech was on time and very nice. He explained everything he was doing and was done quickly. Great service as always from this company!

Matthew was great. Very professional and wanted to do what was best for my family. Was honest and up front about cost. Offered many options for payment and put in a high quality custom unit for my family. The softener they installed even had more features than he brought up before the install. I would work with them again and recommend them to anyone.

Contacted WFT late one afternoon through Angie's List and was surprised to get nearly an immediate response. Set an appointment up for early Saturday morning for a consultation and the owner showed up right on time, applied no pressure, super nice family guy! Set up installation for a little over a week later and the techs arrived (both very nice and polite), installed the water softener and I have had no problems. The water quality is GREAT!!! I can already tell a difference. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction and a better experience. It is no wonder they are so highly rated.

They were professional and on-time. Well worth it! I would utilize them again. They also installed my system in the first place!

Water softener was inspected and deemed fine. One bag of salt was added and the other set in reserve. Advice was given to help me maintain the equipment more effectively. Prompt and professional! I will definitely use them again.

Took advantage of an Angie's list coupon for a new water softener system. From purchase through install it was very easy. The personnel from Florida Water Systems were great to work with. The system works great. We would definitely recommend them.

chris the technician came out on time to check and adjust water filtration system. very professional in his manner, made some minor adjustments, tested the the water, and deliveryed the two bags of salt. this was an angies list big deal. price was great and service was great, one very satisfied customer, would definitely recommend company.
