Ken is a knowledgeable Professional. He originally did a Great job installing my Natural Gas Hot Water Heater and when the Expansion Tank needed replacement (as they do every roughly 5 years) Ken ordered a Quality product and replaced it. Ken also guided me over the phone on how to re-light the pilot flame. If you need someone who knows what he’s doing - Ken is the Man for the Job

Horrible Experience - started with an 18 year old 120 gallon water heater that burst. Anderson came out to access the situation and recommended complete water heater relacement. We talked about Tank capacity and I stated not less than 80 gallons would be acceptable . . . and in the end, the pro installed an under sized, under capacity tank not capable of producing enough hot water to supply a kitchen sink hand washing for 2. I questioned tech more than once on the 50 gallon tank size that he installed and stated that I knew it would be large enough capacity to supply the hot water needs of my 9,500+ square foot house with 12 bedrooms and as many +1 bedrooms. When I google the model of Water Heater installed . . . the exact same water heater that merchant installed (a 50 gallon one versus our older 120 gallon) sells for $385.00 at Home Depot/Lowes and this Merchant excessively over-inflated the 'charge' for the 50 gallon unit; presumably to make a 'killing' on materials billings.

Mr. Anderson showed me that there was nothing wrong with the water heater and taught me how to check it and know what to look for before I call. A good man who does the right thing.
