They were very good to work with. We had them out twice to do the work. Adam was quick and friendly. He was also very flexible with my schedule. They did not charge us for the call back.

Our AC is in an older apartment that we are renting so I was concerned about repairs. I called AMI on the strength of their ratings on Angie's List. Their dispatcher was courteous and told me we could have a repairman that afternoon, and he actually arrived earlier than expected. Once there the technician asked me a few questions, took a look at the unit, and found the problem after just a few minutes and explained the problem with the drain valve shutoff. I was relieved because I thought perhaps it was a problem that would require him to go to the roof, which I think he was willing to do. After using the pressure tank to clear the valve, everything was working again. I appreciated his clear explanation and quick handling of what I thought would be way more complicated.

recently purchased this place. The central AC worked and then it stopped. At first the technician told me the central air unit was reaching its useful life. My first thought was here comes the pitch to replace the entire unit. He then started his diagnostic and determined it was a bad capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and the unit turned on. He then said he was going to check the Freon. I figured this is where they will nickel and dime me and tell me the Freon is low. He told me the Freon was full and he packed his equipment. He was professional and quick to conclude the issue. Also, I called on a Monday morning and they had the technician out to look at the AC unit that afternoon. Everything about this business impressed me.

Everyone at AMI was great! From the very nice lady who answered the phone & made the appointment to the great technician who performed the work. Everyone was friendly, polite & very professional. We will definitely use them again!

So far it's good. Nothing as such to disliking the services rendered. It's my tenants house and have had no negative feedback since. They came and did there service two or three days later. I had to pay some extra. They gave me details on what needed to be replaced so it was okay.

He is fantastic, honest, real cares, sincere and he stands by his word. After the work he kept calling and checking on us.He is neat, polite and very professional.

He was prompt, and informative and did a great job. We just moved into the house, and he told us what we would need to do in the future. He didn't force us into anything, and was very honest with us.

I have 2 a/c unit and one stopped cooling. Was afraid I would need a new one. From the nice lady who sent up my appointment to Steve (the tech who repaired the unit) customer service was excellent. I am so sorry I forgot the front office lady but she was informative and a pleasure to do business with. When Steve came out, he listened to me and determined that all I needed was a flush of my a/c unit that wasn't working. He also did a maintenance on the functioning unit and cleaned up after himself. He was punctual, professional and trustworthy. I will definitely call them again for annual maintenance.

The company sent someone out immediately to check out this issue. The first person who responded and identified the problem did a bypass until the problem could be completed. He was professional, friendly and explained everything very well. I had asked that the unit be checked as the air conditioning doesn't seem to remove the humidity from the home but that wasn't done. I'll have to have someone else come out to check the unit's settings.

Great experience. They arrived at 9 AM and finished before 5 PM, as promised.

I live in south FL. My ac blew out on Christmas Eve. The company came out and looked at it and tried everything they could do to fix the issue. They could not resolve the issue that day. They came out today at 9:30 am and worked all the way through 3:00 pm with no breaks or issues. The install was done smoothly and professionally. They have been wonderful from start to finish. I'm very impressed with the level of service this company provides. The supervisors and owner were on hand often to verify everything was done to the up most level of care.

Would give an A all-around, but there was an issue that was immediately, and professionally resolved.

It was great. I wish all of the companies that did this type of work were as nice as A.M.I. The technician was on time and a pleasure to deal with. I was asking him all kinds of questions and he did not seem to mind at all. He took his time and explained everything in great detail. I will be using this company for as long as I have an AC. After I was done with the million questions the tech provided me with a few options to fix the system as well as his recommendation. I went with his recommendation of adding some R22 to the system and he let me come out and watch him put it into the AC so I would know that I was being charged fairly. I give this company 100%.

They are always very good! They put in the air conditioner a couple years ago, and have maintenance it the past couple of years. They were great!

Adam from AMI was professional, very thorough and very personable. My AC was randomly starting and stopping. Adam quickly identified an issue with my thermostat, called the manufacturer and determined the fault, had them send me a new replacement and commenced checking my system for any other issues. He also determined my common wire was not connected and fixed that. No other issues were found. Looks like I found myself a new reliable AC company. Don't hesitate.

Truly it was a pleasure to work with this family owned business. Everyone is punctual and professional, especially when following up on things. AMI Air took my old "pancake" ac unit and replaced it with a new one. They replaced the unit outside, and got the paperwork done for inspection on a timely matter. They worked with me by honoring the total I was quoted for back in March of 2014. I can't find fault with them, and I would highly recommend to anyone.

AMI was on time and the two guys got right to work on replacing my old AC system. There was also a crane operator that came as well to hoist the Compressor to the roof of my condo building. All three guys were pleasant, professional, and hard working. It took the two guys nearly 8 hours of hard work to get the system replaced and ensured the system was fully functional. The reviews are true about this company. If you need any AC services give AMI a call. From the woman answering the phones to the guys who came to replace the system, this company is a class A operation. I highly recommend them!

It went well, the technician was extremely professional. There were minor issues around scheduling the appointment. The company should be a little more flexible and accommodate working professionals who are not able to schedule appointments during regular work hours.

I called them because I had a bad experience with the company I was using. They came the same day, identified the problem immediately, went to pick up the piece that needed to replaced, and came right back and installed it. AC functioning perfect. I would definitely use them again.

Great service! They responded quickly to getting an air-conditioning unit fixed, so that my clients could go forward with the sale of the property. Once they arrived at the property, there was a problem with access. They waited for me to arrive. They promptly fixed the unit and I paid less than what I anticipated. I look forward to using them again.
