Had early morning appointment. They were punctual and very professional. Took time to do a good job and didn't stop working until they were sure vent was clear. Just moved in home and apparently had been some time since vent was cleaned. Very, happy with their service.

I believed it all went well for a month. I was not home when they did the service so I didn't check up after them (my mother in law was home and felt it was all done properly) I was in my kitchen and looked at my vent yesterday. When they removed the vent they pulled the paint off the ceiling. Instead of fixing the problem and informing me of the problem it was unprofessionally covered up. This is an awful way to do business and I would not have them ever do work for me again!!!!

It went great. They came within the day after I called them. They did their work fine.

From the moment I made the first contact with Anna at the company, we received outstanding service. Everything was handled in a professional and smooth manner. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to be accommodated the same day and the servicemen showed up on time and did the work very professionally. I had also done some comparison shopping, and their discount offer on Angie's List was good value. When I had questions about other services later that week, that the company does not provide, the owner was kind enough to take my call and make some suggestions of whom we could call for the other work that we needed in our home. We would recommend Air Quality Control and certainly use them again in the future.

Air Quality Control Environmental is a great company. Calls were returned promptly, questions were answered throughly and the techs who showed up to do the actual work were on time, polite and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at this company. I will definitely be using them again and recommending their services.

I cannot say enough about the quality of the service and the consideration of the technicians who came to our home. They were very apologetic even though I believe our initial difficulty was because of miscommunication. Both gentlemen were courteous, careful and considerate and did not leave until they were sure we were totally comfortable with the service. They did not charge for this second visit. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

The two gentlemen who came did a very professional job, and explained everything well when I had any questions. They were not into pushy sales. My home smells freshly painted now, and not moldy or musty. I was satisfied with the price too. A previous company I had hired once to do this was not as thorough or meticulous, and the smell was not removed. Today's job by Air Quality Control Environmental was very well done.

They were great to deal with from start to finish. There was good communication and the work was completed at the scheduled time. Not only was the owner (Mike) easy to deal with but all the men performing the work also acted professionally and answered any questions that I had while they were doing the work. A+ Very Professional and friendly. They treated us like they would treat a family member; they wanted us healthy. No pushy sales. In fact, we didn't even know they offered certain things (after our duct cleaning was done) until we called and asked. The ducts were cleaned and we were able to breathe for the first time in many months. The service was great, from scheduling to doing the work. There was a vent that was permanently sealed very thickly, and they went over and above and managed to open it for us. We made the mistake of finally thoroughly cleaning the floors (after a mold remodel) AFTER they cleaned the duct, and we kicked up a lot of stuff that we all reacted to. They came and set a mobile REME in our home and the air was clear before we knew it. We asked for a permanent one, and they arranged to fit us in, squeezing us into a busy schedule because we had limited time availability. Our home now has no smell (no mold, mildew or even cooking smells) thanks to the REME and the clean ducts. We also learned that the REME purifies the air of bacteria and other small particles, which is an added bonus. I was most impressed with how intelligent and professional each and every person was. The two people who cleaned our ducts were creative, thorough, and answered all my many questions very patiently. The person who installed the REME for us was also respectful, intelligent, on time, and left no trace even though he had to undo a box which is held closed with duct tape. Two people came and inspected our ducts for leaks, checked the velocity of the air and found that our ducts were sound. The cost I put was the initial cost of the duct cleaning. We asked for further services, which had their own costs. The prices were very fair, and the people were extremely trustworthy. We are happy with this company and we go out of our way to mention them to anyone having air quality issues.

I would highly recommend AQC to anyone seeking a professional and quality duct cleaning service company. They demonstrated outstanding customer service from start to finish. Our initial visit was with Mike Dexter. He is pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the services we enquired about. Mike was thorough and even briefly showed us what to expect. The price was high, but he left us with such a great impression that we called to schedule the service the following day. Jon and Rick were our service technicians. Once again I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and outstanding customer service. They prepped the house, covering all furniture and wore booties on their shoes. Shortly after they arrived we received a visit from Kelly, one of the owners. She inspected the area to ensure all was as it should be and explained some of the benefits of having a custom filter. We were using a filter that was not an exact fit and caused it to get sucked up into the unit. Kelly actually bent down to demonstrate what was happening under the unit....she was pregnant! I applauded her for her knowledge and the mere fact that she was so thorough. The technicians, Jon and Rick, explained the process step by step in words I could actually understand. The two of them are a great team. They too are thorough and neat. I did not have to clean anything afterwards. The work area was spotless! No overspray or odor. They were also very pleasant to speak with, not like other technicians who seem to be stand-offish. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the service. We are pleased that we can breath better and not have to dust everyday. Thank you to all the staff at AQC! Keep up the outstanding work!

The provider was extremely diligent in responding to my message. They were prompt in arrival and corrected the problem in a timely manner. The owner was honest in telling me that I did not need to clean air conditioning vents. I really appreciated his honesty. I would recommend this company and would use it again.

Kelly came to my home to write me a quote and explained the process and science behind it all. John and RJ came to do the job and were very professional, extremely neat and friendly. They did a fabulous job!! John even fixed my pantry door that had fallen off free of charge. I am not very handy. LOL.

I can't say enough about the courtesy and professionalism of Air Quality Control Environmental...from the first call they were quick to set up a quote and once I decided to use them, they were able to come in right away to do the full cleaning. The air duct cleaning was done so professionally -- they spent the first hour or so just laying down tarps and prepping the house so that there was no mess. I was able to see the particles that came out of my ducts when they were done and it was amazing how much stuff they removed! The men that came to do the work were so nice, courteous and helpful. Also, I want to mention Mike, who did our initial quote and also came by to supervise the actual work...he gave us a lot of helpful information about how we could further enhance our air quality and make our a/c system more efficient. Mike's helpful information was not an up sell -- most of the things he suggested were not even services offered by his company...he was just using his experience and knowledge to make helpful suggestions. One day after our cleaning, my family could definitely notice an improvement in the dust in the air. My son and I have morning allergies and neither of us had any sniffles the next morning. We are extremely happy with the work, professionalism and follow up of this company. I would highly recommend them if you want the job done thoroughly and correctly with professionalism and efficiency.

They came out because I thought I had a mold issue, when I used the air conditioner in this room a horrible smell appeared. Mike reviewed my situation and we agreed his team would open the vents to inspect and provide a solution based on the findings. Either way by coating the linings of the vents with a special coating (Fosters 40-20) he assured me the smell would be gone. Very little mold was present, they sprayed this coating in all of the vents of this custom installation and learned that an animal had chewed a hole and made home inside a cavity near where the supply is. Even though it was outside the scope of work they cleaned the mess and sprayed this coating all around where the animal had been. After all of the work was complete they left a REME unit in the room for 24 hours that neutralized the odor beyond what I expected. They were incredible, I cannot say enough good things about Mike/Jon/RJ - they took there time to insure I was completely satified and I am. 2 months later....no smell....(and no animals! )

They were excellent and professional.

First of all I thought for that price they were cleaning ALL the air ducts. Second, it supposedly included a free dryer vent cleaning which I had to remind them to do and took about 3 secs. They were here all of maybe 12 mins and that included setting up the giant vacuum. They called afterward consistently to try and set up more appointments--I said no--they kept calling. Finally the young lady asked what she could do to get me to have another visit--I told her to charge me $50 and I would think about it. That was the last phone call. I don't remember the date of service but it was before I bought the house in 12/12--I was renting then.

They went into my crawlspace and in the attic and they found stuff that needed to be fixed and they gave me a crazy $2500 quote. I only wanted them to clean my vents.

We had a proposal and it was high. She was very thorough and very professional. She was very knowledgeable. If I would receive a quote, I would go to them. She gave us a lot of estimation and she's just very good.

Workers arrived on time with their supervisor Mike. They cleaned the supply ducts, registers, plenum. Also they cleaned the return air grills, air ducts and return air plenum. A coating was applied to all vents. The team was very professional and no time was wasted. They were thorough and efficient. The work was done in my parent's condo and I am definitely going to use them in my home. Excellent service. Will highly recommend.
