When I start to deal with Amerifirst construction I was as very stressed out and I was so tired of dealing with unprofessional companies. I know nothing about construction I wanted someone to take care of everything for me. I wanted it done the right way and done quickly . Amerifirst had amazing customer service they took care of me right away Danilo came out to my home and we put down all my ideas and they put it all together for me. I didn t need to talk to a plumber I didn t need to talk to electrician I think I need to talk to anybody other than them. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and could deal directly with his team for everything .They would take me step by step Thank you so much AmeriFirst I will be contacting you for all my construction needs

They left us hung up, unfinished, no permit, no plans and never called back after several emails, messages, and voicemails. Finally assumed they didn't want the job.

The guys who worked in my home was very professional, they clean up after all projects, such as installing the new shower, new vanity, new floor. I would hire this for my next project.

The representative that was communicating with me (not the guys who did the work) made me feel like he was doing me a favor when I was paying for the job. Did not honor the contract and instead decided to override it with a verbal agreement after. This representative was arrogant and gave me attitude repeatedly. Disrespectful at times. Just because it was not a $1,000 job does not mean this representative should belittle and make people feel the job is too small for them. No need to be pushy when asking for payment. Because of this, I would not recommend doing business with them. They are not the only ones in the area. Horrible customer treatment.

Hired them to install patio pavers and minor wall repair. Danilo and the office staff are very professional, courteous and prompt. Pedro finished the job in just one day, and I couldnt be happier with the entire experience. I highly recommend them.

Hired to perform several projects around the home (repair front porch balusters and refurbish interior stairs along with paint). Customer service was excellent. Danilo was willing to work around my budget and provide an honest opinion with the requested work. Furthermore he was available at any point I had to speak with him regarding the project. i will definitely use them again for future projects.

Hired AmeriFirst to install pavers (driveway) and a sidewalk for two properties. The workmanship, customer service and overall experience were fantastic! Been buying and selling homes for 20 years -- I've seen it all. Working with contractors in Miami can be an adventure. The City of Miami permitting office is also pretty "interesting". AmeriFirst was exceptional in all respects -- they've set the bar. Special thanks to Pedro (installer), Samira (office manager) and Alex (project manager) for their efforts and professionalism.

Installed a french drain and a tiled concrete patio, very satisfied with the quality of the work performed. Workers showed up on time and were very polite and professional. The only thing that I believe could have been better is the clean up of the area after the work was completed. I would recommend this pro and use them in the future should the need arise.

Hired to remove 2 interior partition walls. Customer service was excellent. Work was completed exactly as agreed upon, service was quick, professional, and work area was left clean. Would definitely work with them for future projects.

We hired 3 plumbers who couldn't solve our problem and almost destroyed our kitchen. Amerifirst provided a prompt, responsible and professional solution. Very honest and trustworthy.

They were very easy to work with and kept us updated with daily pictures of their progress since we weren't able to be at the property. Everything was done in a timely manner and they did a great job of installing the new tile.
