Original home built by Lennar Homes in 2010. Bought by my husband and I in early 2013. Arrived home in 3/2015 to find several floor tiles heaved and 'tented' throughout the house. Called Lennar as the home was not quite 5 years old. Told me that they had HEARD of this happening in other homes. Stated they would send someone out to look. Called back 5 minutes later to say they couldn't find me in their database. I explained that I was the second owner. Immediately indicated that not only would they not provide any assistance, they were not responsible, as warrant for home covers ONLY the original homeowner. They didn't even try to provide us with some sort of remedy, even though they BUILT the home less than five years ago. I am so disappointed that a company like this, who builds homes all over Florida, would not stand by the houses they build. Especially when, according to our insurance engineer, the problem is faulty installation. I would have hoped Lennar would have tried to help us get the sub sub contractor they hired to install the ceramic tile floor, Coastal Flooring, to help us. That is the subject of a different review.
