Scott from Theta Electric was on time, courteous and professional. He knew what is was doing and worked efficiently. I am very happy with the work done and would use Theta again when I had an electrical need.

James Cormany was my electrician, and in every way, he was pleasant, listened and communicated everything to me so well. He had so much expertise, was patient and incredibly punctual and followed through. He was delightful and worked so hard! I was very impressed. He cleaned up everything before he left. I feel that he was a fine young man, a gentleman, and a very skilled worker.

Scott did a fantastic job. We mentioned we needed to have the job done asap and he showed up same day to review the work and finished it the next day. Furthermore, when he was leaving, he checked the panel to ensure all connections were secure and found a short that he fixed immediately.

The work went great, after the outdoor wall socket was added I asked for a quote to have a light added to my pantry and about a dozen wall sockets replaced. I agreed to the price and the work was completed in a timely manner. I will use them again in the future.

The tech was very professional and offered to work on a Saturday to get the job done before I left town. He was punctual as well. Would definitely hire again.

So impressed with how Thorough, Conscientiousness, and Pleasant the electrician, Keith B., was in installing my outside outlet and sensor light. He certainly represented the Theta Electrical Company well. I'll be calling for additional service.

Work was canceled due to non-response from company regarding revised estimates. Owner refused to refund $151.00 of my $200 deposit (there was a $49 charge for initial estimate by an electrician).

It went perfect. They had the materials and they were done pretty quick.

I would not use him again. Hiring workers that do code work not just throwing reputable stuff in that doesn't work according to code.

There was a service call charge to come out that wasn't waved if you do business with them they still kept the service charge and they actually called and I told them. If they would apply it to the job I would have have actually used them again but they didn't and I probably won't. It was really good they cleaned up really well after himself really good too.

We hired Theta the first time to install fans and upgrade electrical service. The job was done correctly, but it took almost 3 days. They sent a team of 4 guys. For the most part, two of the guys stood around hanging on the ladder telling fishing stories. They were loud. They also spent a great deal of time "picking on" the new guy saying that it was part of the intro to the team. It bordered on bullying. When we called Theta to complain, they apologized and sent us a coupon for $25 off our next service. We needed some outlets moved so we called them back and hired them again. This time, the technician they sent spent a good deal of time on his cell phone while working. The problem with that is he had the cell phone on speaker the entire time and was talking to some woman about things that were very personal. I work from home and was subjected to their conversations. When I called Theta to complain, the person I talked to had an indifferent attitude and said to me, "I'll talk to him." No apology and with an attitude of "I don't really care." So, for those reasons, we will not hire them again.

Fan installation took up the majority of the time and the electrician left for two hours to find lights that fit. Overall he did a great job, just took a lot longer than I expected

It went very well. I called to inquire about either changing a socket or a plug in my newly purchased house. The electric outlet for the dryer was old and did not accommodate the dryer I was bringing with me to the new house. I called Theta to explain the situation. The person on the phone was patient and explained all my options, recommending the least expensive one. The technician arrived on time and changed the plug to my dryer which was the least expensive option. When I change my dryer to a higher tech version, I will hire them to do the rewiring of the outlet. They are professional and very reasonably priced.

James showed up promptly and took care of all our needs.

Wonderful experience !! Getting an appointment was quick and easy. James was the tech that came to look at the problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work to chase down the short in the circuit. He was confident, very personable, and put me at ease that the issue would be solved quickly. A couple days later I got a nice follow-up call to make sure things were still ok. Price was very good for 1.5 hr job. Would definitely use Theta again, and would highly recommend them !!
