He also gave me tips on preventing the problems from happening again. I want to replace some kitchen lights in the future and will certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Theta Electric installed a ceiling fan for me and did a great job. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with Angie's list about the big deal I purchased, but Theta cleared everything up once they realized the problem.

Description of Work: the service they provided was ok but they put a lot of pressure on me to upsell from what I needed and then they kept calling me monthly to try to sell me more services, no matter how many times I called to ask them to stop soliciting me, they ignored me and continued . I had to block their number to have any peace. furthermore, for simply applying little stickers that state " not up to standards" in order to pass an inspection the cost was 150$. that seems way over priced. They arrived on time. and the guy who showed up was very talkative so what could have been done in 20 minutes took him an hour and a half. they charge by the job, so the issue there was the waste of my time.

Description of Work: Serviceman, Rick, here for two ceiling fans, not working properly...I was told what the price would be, barring no unforseen problems, before he began..He was curtious and knowlegable. I was able to understand what he would do and price, before work started...He also found I had two surge protectors in my circuit breaker box. I highly recommend Theta Electric.

Description of Work: Theta Electric responded next day I phoned them on Saturday with Jeremy Perkins and his assistant. We had about 15 items to be done in home and Jeremy did them all easily, quickly, and professionally. He reviewed with us all the work to be completed was done to our satisfaction. He will be returning again to complete some more work. Jeremy arrives on time and gets the work done with no hassle or drama. Jeremy Perkins is the only electrician I want to work with, He is just that good.
