BAER'S FURNITURE

I bought a couple of pieces from the Altamonte location. They have several things that are identical to products I have looked at in Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware for much less money. The quality of the furniture I purchased is great and the delivery service was scheduled quickly and the delivery guys did a great job, as well.

Excellent. The delivery personnel were knowledgeable and took care of several details immediately.

They told us they could get us furniture in five to six weeks, about two months later I gave them a call and they said it wouldn't be for another month. They tried to send it in bits and pieces but we canceled. They were very good about the refund.

We made a large furniture purchase of greater than $3700. We purchased a new entertainment wall unit & a dining room set(display)to incl. purchase of 2 add'tl chairs (new). Sales person told us that there were "plenty in stock." There was no damage to the display chairs and min. scratches on the table. When delivered two chairs were broken and 2 new chairs were wrong style. We refused delivery of 2 damaged/2 wrong style chairs. We were told by delivery staff that the salesman put in wrong order. We contacted the salesman who stated that he would make the correction & that we would receive delivery the next Wed. On Sat. salesman called and said we would not receive the delivery 'til Wed. because the chairs were in different warehouse. On Wed. the delivery was EXACTLY the same 4 chairs! We contacted the Altamonte Springs store and spoke with the store mgr. who was not helpful in rectifying our dissatisfaction.

My first time in the store was pleasant, when I purchased the furniture on June 12, 2006, I was advised that the two tables and two chairs were on back ordered and would be ready by June 30, 2006. They delivered the couch on time and I had a problem with it, they came back and fixed it, which was good. I was having a good experience with them until the delivery of the additional furniture. It took them approximately two months to deliver the two chairs and two tables. I had to keep calling over and over as to the delivery status. I was told at the end of June, I would get it by mid-July, mid-July came no furniture. I called the end of July, still no delivery date. I had to keep bugging them until finally the furniture was delivered on August 5, 2006. When I requested to speak with the manager, she was always busy, left messages never returned the call. I would never buy anything else from Baer's Furniture.
