Ely is hands down the best technician we have had the pleasure to meet! Our first time meeting Ely, our daughter followed behind curious as to what was taking place. Of course I trailed behind, and Ely was so wonderful to explain what she was doing, even showing how the bait is actually being eaten to help deter the termites from our home. Our most recent experience with Ely was just as wonderful! Ely thoroughly checked for any damage, even pointing out water damage we weren't aware of. Thank you for always being so thorough! You are appreciated more than you could imagine!

All their guys are great and know their stuff. Always on time and ready to answer any questions. They quickly resolved my ant and roach problem and i have never had a problem since they started to regular checkups every 3 mos.

I contacted almost a dozen companies yesterday evening... Sunday... because we had a sudden bee problem. Friendly Pest Solutions was the only one to respond the same day with a morning appointment for today. Less than 24 hrs later, the bees are gone, and at reasonable cost. It has been some time since Iâ ve used a pest control service, so I didnâ t know what to expect with pricing. After researching what it would cost to do it myself and looking into other companies, Friendly Pest Solutions is reasonably priced (most importantly, itâ s a price Iâ m comfortable with). Their customer service is perfect. Friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. I was very comfortable immediately.

They did a thorough inspection; more thorough than the other 4 companies. I believe they will give me best conscientious service possible. They are experienced, knowledgeable and will provide the best service of the four companies that inspected my home and gave me a proposal. They were slightly more expensive but I think they are worth it

I absolutely LOVE this company! Derek is professional, thorough (spent two hours on the initial visit took two hours), efficient, and effective. He was able to treat our ghost ants and other insects that were around the house. We are so pleased with their work!
