Electric Today

I specifically requested James because I saw a review that he helped someone figure out their screwed up electric. I was super happy with James and Kyle, they were professional and installed two dynatraps (bug zapper), outdoor security lights, closet light fixture. He added two outdoor outlets and helped my husband and I figure what switches in our home went to what. When I tried to explain what my issue was all I could say was my electric was wackamole 😂. Thank you James and Kyle for everything! I recommend them 1000%

Mark and his apprentice did an excellent, clean, and timely job replacing my c. 1970 electrical panel, adding AlumiConns to a few circuits, and added a surge protector for our main service. The price for the work felt reasonable, they were able to come out to diagnose the problem the day I called, and they scheduled the replacement within a relatively short amount of time. Overall, I was extremely happy and will absolutely use Electric Today again.

The service call went extremely well. My service rep Jacob Hall got there at the appointed time was personable and professional and explained to me exactly what had gone wrong with my compressor and took the time to show me the actual part prior to replacing it.

When we purchased our home in early 2018 it was a mess. The previous owner thought he was an expert at all construction projects. He was actually a master of none. The first to get updated was the electrical or we couldn’t pass inspection and move in. We saw an Electric Today truck down the street at another job and they looked very professional. I went on their website and requested a meeting at the house. They showed up on time, and gave me a full explanation of what needed to be done (not what I wanted to hear) to get the project and house 100% to code. They quoted and started right away. They rewired the entire house and added a new panel. Replaced the ac unit and wired with proper breakers. Also wired in smoke alarms. I’ve hired Electric Today for all my house projects from wiring in the spa to landscaping lights and now the back guest house. Excellent service, the price is fair and the technicians are professional. I’m the type that likes to do thing right the first time rather than hire a cheap team to come out again and again. I learned a long time ago that the bitterness of poor quality and service, will surely outlast the temporary sweetness to cheapness!! If you want it done right, call Electric Today!

The work was fine. I give them decent grades on everything except price. It was a short 20 min visit to replace a standard switch with in a dimmer switch. The switch was a standard 3 position dimmer. I thought the $295 cost (with my discount) was about double what a simple job like this should cost. Since I’m on a fixed income, I won’t be requiring their services in the future.
