I was not at my home address for these repairs. Travis worked with me over the phone. He kept in touch with me during the repairs assuring me of what he was doing and why. He was at the residence when he said he would be and fixed everything the same day.

I had originally had another contractor quote their price which was extremely high ,Travis Reed irrigation came in and quoted me a half the amount of the original company and then when the work was done it ended up being even hundreds of dollars less than that. Exceptional work, great value.

Travis arrived at 12 noon. I mentioned to him that he was an hour late from what your service said was the appt. time. He showed me the verification that was on His phone and it had 11-2 o' clock. Yet my verification letter said 11:00. So yes he was exactly on time on his end. He said that through your web site this happens constantly. I suggest you fix that. He was a good hire and Yes I would recommend him for irrigation problems. But shame on YOUR service for making him look bad by not getting the time window right. I suggest you fix it.
