We had to reschedule original date because of stormy weather. On the day he was to come, he was on time. He and a another man came, assessed the problem and had everything needed to fix it. Fast work, quality work. System is working wonderful! I've had 3 other companies out here to fix the system and it has never been done correctly, had to call back and still never fixed! Travis was definitely a nice guy, and I could see where his reviews were accurate. Unfortunately, I have to rate on the facts, wish I could rate better but here are the facts: 1. Cracked the reclaim pipe causing major water leak. He did fix it, but should have actually turned sprinklers on first before going to the wrong pipe. 2. Turned sprinkler system on and off Cost - $110.00 I understand mistakes, people make them all the time. I just would've liked to see more effort put forth in the actual maintenance of the sprinkler system, which was why I hired him.

We walked through the problem together, did a couple of straightforward tests to isolate the problem-- all without any flim-flam artistry. As an experienced chemical engineer, I would have quickly detected any deceptive practices. Travis is a pro you can rely on.
