Description of Work: Through no fault of their own, they could not do one of the items we wanted them to do and the other was going to be extremely expensive. We ended up having them put a whole house surge protector on the house. We are glad that we got it as we lose power here quite a bit.

Description of Work: Electrician never showed up on scheduled day. Took the day off of work without pay. When we called to find out what happened they said they had no idea who we were, and acted like they did not care either. Poor customer service!
