Excellent. They arrived promptly to do an estimate and give assurance that my insurance would cover the replacement of 2 badly chipped and cracked RV windshields. On the replacement day, they arrived as scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently. At my request they returned the next day to do a "water test". Found an almost invisible leak, patched it and left one very satisfied customer behind. Have used this company before and would use it again.

The service call went well. It turns out that the source of the rattle is a larger problem due to a leak. I will need to return to get this fixed through no fault of Gulf Auto. I'm setting up my return appointment now.

He arrived on time and did the work with efficiency, courtesy, and in a most PROFESSIONAL manner. It is always a pleasure to watch someone who takes pride in doing a job correctly the first time.

I don't remember how much they charged me, but it was reasonably priced. I got an estimate from somebody else and their estimate was twice what Gulf Coast was so I went with Gulf Coast right away. I liked their service. They said they would be out the next day and they were here on time. The guy unfortunately didn't have all the parts that he needed because my doors were very old. He did what he could do so that they would open a little easier until the parts came in. They called and said that the parts were in and he came out the next day and fixed them. He actually was out twice and they didn't charge me extra for that. He actually cleaned my doors after he was done, so he went above and beyond.

Called the company when I heard they repaired sliding doors - talked to Norman the owner - he sent his sliding door expert out - Kevin. Kevin came out checked the doors and the rollers. Explained that he would have to order the rollers and would be back as soon as they came in. A week later Kevin came back - replaced the rollers on both doors of 4 sets of sliding glass doors. He also added a glider strip to the bottom frame. He then had me test - I was so used to pulling hard I almost pulled the door off the track - I pulled really hard like I was used to - then I shut the door and tried like a normal person - what a difference - at first there is a slight catch so that my 17 month old grandson can not open the door if it is unlocked - but the door glides smoothly and very easy - it is great!! After testing the doors, Kevin then cleaned all the doors and cleaned up the area of the porch where he had been working
