Description of Work: The only trouble I had was that the carpet was wet for more than 12 hours. It was wet enough to soak your socks the evening after rugs were cleaned, and still slightly damp the next morning. I was told the rugs would be dry in 2=4 hours.

Description of Work: I chose this provider carefully based on reviews from Angie's list, especially because of the old stains that were removed in other cases.. That was my expectation...that did not happen. Dave was not certain that he could get all the pet stains out but assured me that he would return if I was not satisfied. I had waited for this appointment and he was there so I figured I would be satisfied. That was not the case. When he returned he did not do a full re-application, but just used the same pretreatment spray which accomplished nothing. Talking to him and his wife on the phone was not satisfactory...tho they were both quite professional. We left it at when he would be in my area in a couple of weeks, he would call and see if I wanted to redo the process at additional cost. That never happened. Since then, I have been working on the stains myself with some success. If you have no big issues, want the free bag of goodies, and want to pay top price then they are for you. All the professionalism did not remove the stains, however.

Description of Work: I needed the carpet cleaned in a used sailboat I bought. I called this company, based on the Angie's List reports, and asked if he would be in my neighborhood anytime soon. No, he said, but I'll be near the Target on SW 14th St. in Bradenton tomorrow. I said I'd meet him there. His van had all the equipment needed to do the job in the shopping center parking lot. Good job, quick, and ontime.
