I liked the fact that they placed them in a bath and hung them to dry. They cleaned up well. I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. We will certainly be using them again in the future for grout and hardwood floor services.

Couldn't be happier. Dave Eschenbach picked up the rugs at the time arranged and agreed to store them for several weeks until renovation work in my home was completed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process that should be used for cleaning these types of rugs which involves removing dirt and dust particles and then immersing the rugs in water. I was shocked at first because I believed wool rugs had to be dry cleaned, but when I saw the result I couldn't be more pleased. The rugs look like they are brand new. I did notice one small spot on the fringe of the smallest rug and Dave agreed to take the rug back to try to remove it. I also gave him another rug (Chinese 90-line) to clean as well. I would strongly recommend this provider, particularly if you have oriental rugs.

Quite a bit more expensive than the usual steam cleaning, but far superior. Rugs are cleaner than I have seen them since they were new. Will use again.

Arrived on time for appointment to provide price quote. Very personable and helpful about issues we had with stains. Provided price that was competitive. Showed up for cleaning service in timely fashion. Work completed as expected.

Did a good job except at very edges where the carpet meets the walls. I mentioned this when they did a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied, which I was overall. The machine they use is pretty large and didn't get very close to the edges so probably needs either another tool or done by hand. Not sure if this is typical since I've never had wall to wall carpet before. However, overall, I was satisfied with the job and prompt service.

Cleaned sofa,3 chairs and an ottoman. All were filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. Dave did a great job, and I will use them again.

Although Greenway did a very good job, the age and condition of the carpet was such that I decided to replace it after the cleaning. That was through no fault of Greenway, though. I was very impressed by the quality of the service and would use them again.

It went very well. The technician took meticulous care in protecting the walls and furniture. He used protectors on his shoes (as you would expect), complete.d the job in a timely fashion. It was excellent service at a fair price!

Very meticulous process. They gently moved furniture and replaced. They mopped the tile floor next to the carpet for overspray. Very friendly and courteous personnel performing work. Price was a little high, but for the quality of work performed, it was worth it. Would use them again.

They were very professional. They came in and explained what they were going to do. They did it and followed up with us afterwards to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. We were very pleased with them.

First, dealing with Bobbi was great. We set up the very convenient appointment and I got an estimate very quickly. Dave, who is both the CEO and the Cleaning Specialist, was a half-hour late, but appropriately apologetic for being delayed by a jam-up on 75 (very understandable!). Dave was both professional and friendly; I immediately felt comfortable with my selection of Greenway. He explained the exact pricing, including my Angie's List discount, and performed the work efficiently and quickly. This is exactly the kind of service I look for when I need work done.

Ican't say enough about the great service that I rceived from the Greenway Carpet Care Co. The service was very professional, and the servicemen were very polite as to any changes or requests that I made. The company fulfilled what was agreed upon in the contact. Before signiing the contract everthing was reviewed first and agreed upon. I would not hesitate to use or recomand the company to family and friends. 3/272014 Had the service again to take out my six foot circular oriental rug to be cleaned. The rug came out beautifully cleaned and returned in excellent condition. The time was just under two weeks to pick up and return the rug. Will use the service again in the fall to clean the tile floors.

Everything looked great when he left - unfortunately the spots that were bad on the bedroom carpets came back. They looked great for about 3 months.

There's nothing special but they were good. I have no complaints. It was a reasonable price and they did a decent job. It's okay to use them. They come when they are called and they do their job and no problem. I can't say anything super duper about him and certainly no negative. He cleaned my carpet and it was okay. He came when he said he was going to. He wasn't Mr. Personality. He wasn't a mean man. He was civil. He was fine. I'd use him again.

It was an emergency situation and they came immediately to assess damage done by ill dog and my poor attempts to clean areas on rug. Carefully assessed problem and suggested factory cleaning. Dave was wonderful--calming and knowledgeable--professional. When rug was returned I could not believe how great it looked. Not only were recent stains completely gone but so were old ones. I did not think it was possible for the rug to ever look this good. Fabulous job and outstanding workers. Look forward to working with them again.
