The only reason I gave 4 1/2 stars rather than 5 stars for work quality is because of one very, very minor note. After installing they did not scrape the glued labels off the glass and aluminum trim. Sooo minor so I hope the 1/2 of a star less rating would NOT deter anyone from hiring this company. I just felt I had to find something as picky and minor as it was. And probably if I noticed those labels had not been removed before they left my home they probably would have removed them for me. Good Job! I removed the labels in less than 3 minutes with a razor blade and a little GooGone.

Ron fixed my window in 20 minutes and he came on a Sunday. The price was right!! Thanks Monster Glass

Well, we are waiting for a little more time to include them in my bathroom renovation project.

Was on time for the appointment, very easy to work with.

My glass sliding closet door was damaged due to ware and tare. The associates responded at the time stated and fixed the problem in no time. The also suggested additional future services.

Everything started well. But once Ron got his money, it was a disaster, both in the quality of work and in his treatment of me. Very rude and could not care less about doing a good job. A complete waste of money.

the men were filthy dirty and I have a white carpet in my bedroom that they had to walk through to get to the bathroom and I asked them to take off there shoes and they did but there socks were dirty also. So although they did a good job I ended having to wash my carpet after they left.
