Ron and his team did a great job installing a large mirror on the wall in my home gym. Three large pieces of mirror were used and they lined them up perfect. A frame was used around the mirror to finish it off and it looks amazing! From the initial meeting with Ron to the installation, it was very smooth and stress free. The installers wore masks and were very courteous and cleaned up when they were done. All my expectations were met and I highly recommend Monster Glass.

Threw on a terrible bead of silicone around the window panels and grid. Left goops in the corners, wiped off his excess silicone on my gutter downspout, removed a couple pieces of window grid, and left them on the ground. For 150$ I was expecting a professional and clean work. Did not even bother sealing the window frame itself. Why bother.

I hired Ron and his crew to remove and reinstall a shower sliding door and regrout the floor of the shower. On the first appt that we had he called me to tell me that he was on the way and he showed up at the scheduled time. Ron suggested a frameless serenity door. Having no idea of what a serenity door was, Ron showed me several pictures and styles of serenity doors. He continued to explain the pros and cons of each of the different styles at length. Ron told me that it would take about 5 days to installation day, he had to special order the glass that I chose. he also told me that his crew would be at my house to regret the shower floor and to remove the old door the day before installation of the new door. As promised, Ron kept in touch with me throughout the ordering process. The day before installation ron's crew came to regrout and remove the old door. His crew was on time, they were very polite throughout the process and I must say very very clean. No mess. I had paid to regrout the shower floor only and to my surprise they regrouted the whole bathroom and no extra cost. Amazing. On installation day, they were punctual, took a couple of hours to install. they cleaned the glass almost to a fault.. Spotless! Gave me tips on how keep glass spotless at all times. Ron and his crew are punctual, polite and very very clean when they work. I am so impressed with their work ethics. They are truly the company to go to. I know I will use them again and again. Enzo

They came out and he would not take money from me. He said everything was in good shape. Showed me how to fix some problems myself. And actually he saw a mirror that a construction company told me to throw away. He can fix this mirror and make it better. Shine, put it up and everything. It is a huge mirror. Thank you guys. It may be a year or 2 But your in my phone. Your hired for my hurricane window and doors. I am just waiting to see what happens with my job and the airline business.
