After Dave's initial visit, the technician came on time to install the system. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. After he installed all the components he taught us how to use the system, reviewed all the options on the keypad, answered all our questions, let us practice while he re-taught us and left written instructions and the manual for our review. Before he left he cleaned up and took all the packaging with him. He also said that if we had further questions or needed further explanation on how to use the system we could call the Certified Alarm Technicians office at 561-752-5555 (which during business hours you speak to a person which we loved from our initial call) or e-mail [email protected] for assistance.
The technician's training lessons were so complete and the system so easy to use that we never had to call for support.
We asked Dave and the technician if they were sub contractors? They both said they were not sub contractors, but were employees of Certified Alarm Technicians. That is a big plus for us. Since then we have tested our alarm several times and it works and Central Station has been notified. When our renewal comes up, we have already decided to sign again.
We were so satisfied with Certified Alarm Technician and the alarm system and service that we decided to have it installed at our business address also.
