Great work, but the owner is very difficult to deal with and can be quite rude. I couldn't even talk to him or Nick is his name without getting upset. They also did not install the fence next to the ground like I asked and I ended up having to buy $200 worth of fill to fill in the gap. they did not clean up after the fence job meaning dirt on the sidewalk and the fence itself was filthy and they said they weren't liable to do that. Also I had to wait 5 days after the start window of a week that they gave me for them to start and two extra days for them to come back and complete the fence because they forgot materials. They claim they finish jobs completely before they go to the next job yet they didn't show up till the late afternoon on two days of doing my job. So bottom line quality great but everything else not so great.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY In the experience I had they were incompetent, inconsiderate and deceitful, They left me without a proper pool enclosure for 22 days during which hurricane Dorian passed. I had to provide temporary fencing myself during this period, They ran out of materials four times and placed a gate post in the wrong place making the gate too narrow. I had to threaten involving the company owner who lives out of state in order to get what was written in the contract.

Alpha Fence Specialists, Inc. did a great job in replacing chainlink mesh. Fence looks beautiful. Had to cut mesh around mailbox and they did a great job. Installers had great personalities and were very professional.

Make sure your yard is marked with flags for digging. Our was but they still cut cable line without cable for several days. Alpha said they were marked wrong cable company said they were correctly marked but the fence is beautiful

Very happy with Alpha Fence Specialists. From the estimate to the final permitting inspection, everything went great! Great customer service- very responsive and always took time to answer my questions. The price was better than the other estimates we received. The installers were great and the fence looks awesome. I highly recommend this company!!

I am very pleased with the overall services performed by Alpha Fence Specialists. My initial contact was with Nick Doup, co-owner/salesperson. He explained in detail about the installation process. He educated me about the types of fences. I chose the vinyl/ PVC fence. He set and met my expectations. The installation team of Jessie and Fido was excellent. The team leader Jessie was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs and concerns. The installation team kept me informed of their schedule. I certainly would recommend this company. Update: There was an issue with the gate hinges and they did come out and fix. That being said, my neighbor had to call me to tell me someone was at my back gate/fence. They showed up with no advance notice or call. If my dog had been in the backyard, there could have been a serious incident. Need to have better communication after the work is done and not treat me like I was a nuisance.

Very good installation and the installer was very good and knowledgeable. He did a great job. My fence is exactly what I wanted and expected.

This is the best experience I have ever had. Being a new homeowner with a toddler and one on the way, this was the easiest and best process I have ever had. Alpha Fence helped me with my HOA and all the paperwork. By far the cheapest company with amazing work! Any Fence needs, I will be going back! Thanks so much!

Our HOA received several bids to fence in a play area that seemed high, so I put the work on HA. Alpha came in with the lowest bid and did satisfactory work.

There was a minor break down in communication between getting the estimate and getting scheduled after the deposit but it all worked out and Jessie and his sidekick did a great job. I know it was a challenge due to the tree roots. They returned a couple times until the job was complete. That's worth an A+ in my book.

Had to work around some bad weather but did what they could around the rain. Just expected a call to say when they were starting but they just showed up.

Alpha Fence built us a beautiful courtyard with bronze aluminum fencing . Alpha Fnce met their deadlines and kept us informed the whole time. We now have. A serene Privacy in front of our house in a high quality great looking fence and we love it. Use them for quality work at fair prices

no finish cement work . must reenforce fence to hand hose racks.

There ere some scheduling issues, but they were resolved and Jessie and his team did a fabulous job.

I would highly recommend Alpha Fence. They called when everything was ready and finished the job within a few days. They even went out of their way for me to cut down a whole bunch of branches that were preventing the fence from going up in order for my project to not be delayed. Super easy to deal with.

What was told to be a 1 day project turned into over a week. They had to redo the fence because of the quality. Sales team and management are not on the same page. Poor customer service and poor quality.

Great Service Installer Mike was the best very meticulous about his installation highly recommend.

This job started January 2018 and finished about 10 days later. Since then I've called them so they can repair/correct the awful job they did. First, a portion of 8 feet fence is completely loose, hanging by 2 nails. Second, there are nails sticking out were my dog or child can get hurt. Third, many slats of fence are cracked. Fourth problem, when the posts were put in place, they were not buried in cement. The posts have cement on the surface only. When a strong wind hits the fence, it moves. I truly believe the next strong hurricane that hits this fence will make it come down. I've called them, but no action has taken place. I've spoken with Melissa, who said she will speak with Bill, this was on June 5th 2018. It is now August, and nothing has been done to address my concerns. I give this company a zero, where zero is the worst! Very disappointed.

We had a wood fence installed. Quality job done right on schedule. Great customer service and workers were neat and clean ! I would recommend Alpha fence for any fencing project.
