They are a take charge company! Even worked and got a copy of our survey from the building dept since I couldn't find my copy so we wouldn't have to pay for a new one. Our neighbor ended up hiring them too when they finished ours. 😛

Poorly installed wood fence. Owner of company refused to listen or cooperate in terms of correcting the mess he created. Other fence companies want over $1000 to correct the mistakes. Very unprofessional company .

Before hiring Bill Hartmann and his crew, my wife and I drove through the neighborhood and looked at other vinyl fences. He found many which where not straight any more and sagged. When we found a fence that was looking great, we did not hesitate to knock on the door and asked the owner who was the installer of their fence. The first two inquiries we made were both done by Alpha Fence and Bill Hartmann. We knew we had our man. His prices are great, he is punctual and his job is even after one year perfectly in place. Due to some unexpected roots of a tree, he had to dig a little harder and the job took a little longer without any change in his original estimate. I only can recommend Alpha Fence as truly professional and will always recommend them to anybody needing a fence.

Good old fashioned quality and honesty. A little slow in turnaround but this was a small job. Overall very satisfied.
