The lady was very nice, but insisted on doing things her way. The things that needed doing first didn't get done. Things that could have waited she did first. She bragged that her girl friend got her on Angie's List. Update: She charged $50 for each of the first 2 days and $100 per day for a total of $300. Ms. Limere did some work. The work we requested she kept putting off. She packed a few boxes and made a big production as to what needed doing. The work we wanted done is still not done. She told us that she was only available from 7:30am to 2pm since she had other commitments. Her brochure said she was available from 8 to 5, Monday thru Friday. She claims to have packed over 30 boxes and taken them to storage. This is a bit of an exaggeration. She did take 30 or so boxes to storage that had already been packed. There were another 20 + boxes that she did take to storage. The only problem is that we don't know what is in those 20 + boxes. Quite a few items that should not have been packed were. She talked about moving truckloads. The only truck available is mine and it had a mattress and box spring in the bed of the truck that she and I pushed off. She unloaded what she calls a truck. It was a short bed blazer. The boxes she put in the rear compartment and the back seat and she unloaded them into the storage unit. As for Goodwill, we have one 2 blocks from our home but she insisted that she take everything. What she actually did with the items is not our concern. Why she wanted to take the trash is beyond me. Our garbage is picked up 3 times a week. She noted that she would not be available for the week of Thanksgiving which was not a problem. She said she would return on the Monday following Thanksgiving. She called us and said she was stuck in Georgia and would try to be in Tuesday. Since Ms. Limere was quite vague on many points I had my husband google her on the website. It seems that her house on Wahoo Dr is vacant and a satellite picture of the site shows no construction in the area. Her other residence, 15321 Latitude Dr is a Shell Gas Station. It is obvious that her work for you is not her main interest. She shut down her website for Expert Clutter Cutter when she started working for me but has since created another one with different pricing.
Description of Work: Moved elongings from place to place. She ignored our wishes & placed belongings where she wanted - helped move belongings to storage.

The client was well informed as to my hours, pricing, and schedule based upon our initial phone consult. Furthermore, she agreed to these terms after discussing them a second time during a personal consultation held at her home. The client was clearly aware of what my services would provide. The client was extremely pleased with the results of three days labor. The client hugged me and exclaimed that she was amazed at the difference three days made in her household. She had no complaints. The client paid the amount agreed upon, AND tipped me generously for my added effort. She made no complaints. I made a courtesy call to the client two days after my last scheduled session with her. At that time she was given 3 weeks notice that I was planning to move from the region. I encouraged her to schedule with me, and she assured me she would schedule before I moved. She made no complaints, and we parted in good spirits. She never rescheduled. I am disappointed to hear that the client has had a change of heart, however she was given ample opportunities to discuss her concerns directly with me. The client never made any indication to me that she had any issues with my service, and on the contrary, she seemed delighted to have me there to help. Unbelievable! I had stored so many things I really did not need. After the clean up, she even moved the furniture around to give my rooms a fresh look. My house is pristine, everything in its place, tidy, uncluttered and like living in a different place. Sherri found people for me to take the furniture I did not want and advised on how to sell items not needed which was a great plus for me. Sherri is repainting two tables for me I had in my bedroom to match my antique bedroom set. I can now get two cars in my garage. The reorganization took three days and it was the best money spent. I never knew this kind of service actually existed until a friend told me about her.
Description of Work: I'm single mom, have a large house and my older boys moved to college. I had a huge amount of "stuff" in my garage, bedrooms, and office which were cluttering up my useable space. I kept looking at this "stuff" and honestly could not face tackling this task on my own. Sherri came over and gave me a quote based on my need and estimated time to finish the job. She began by bagging/boxing up clothes, toys, books, papers, files, photos, and even excess furniture, bedding, sheets, towels and stuff that I had accumulated over the years. During this process she asked me what I wanted to keep in the house, store in the garage or donate/throw away as she began in each room. As she began to reorganize everything my available space became clear.
