Excellent service our movers Hector, Brandon, Tom, Walder (hope I spelled correct) were the most professional and detailed movers we ever had. (and we have move five time within 9 years) The service and price were unbelievable excellent. I have told all friends I know to use MOVE ON DEMAND. Thank you guys !We will always use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a family run business and they were great and very affordable!

I had a big problem with this company. They ripped my couch and said they didn't. I had to hold payment off from them. They did fix it because the guy then admitted that he did rip the couch. But it was like a big thing and we had a lot of back and forth about this issue. They got really nasty and started blaming me for the rip in the couch. Finally they did take care of it and sent somebody over to replace it. You can't even tell it is ripped. He was a nice enough guy, but the bottom line is you should not treat your customer like that. They showed up on time and did the job in the amount of time they said they would do it in. He underestimated the job and had to go and get another truck and then tried to charge me for another hour. I balked about it and even though they charged me for it, they credited it later. I would say their overall price was good because I had gotten another price from somebody else.

Great! Eduardo, Hector and Pedro did a super job. Were very professional and competent. I have had the most surprisingly pleasant experience using Move on Demand. This is my second experience with them and they sure know how to take the stress out of moving!

They were GREAT. In a short period of time the large articles were moved in a precise and efficient way and relocated to my new space with eas and grace. AMAZING

On the day of the move we called a little before the expected time, just to be sure. The owner called his team and they called us back, giving their location in transit, and estimated time of arrival at our home. Upon arrival the team of 3 very capable and courteous men got to work. We had packed and labelled all our cartons before, so they were able to move us quickly and smoothly. Pieces of furniture that required wrapping were VERY carefully handled; blankets, tape and plastic shrink all part of the arsenal of equipment they had and used. They were very careful to not damage or mark the walls of the apt we were leaving; they showed consideration at every turn. Upon arriving at our new home, they were again very efficient and considerate and fast. The job actually came in a little under budget; we were so please with the whole job, we tipped each mover generously and know it was money well-spent. This was a fairly short-distance move (about 45 miles) and it was done from start to finish in about 6 hours! We were very impressed, completely satisfied and would recommend Move on Demand to one and all.

Just ok. Arthur is very personable, both in person and on the phone. He visited my house in Hollywood and we covered what was to be moved. The number of items to move did not change from the quote. I specified this is a condominium with strick cut off hours for using the elevators. This was a 30 year old building with small elevators.. His folks came in to pack me on Wednesday. His staff, all of them, are very nice and worked hard. For some reason not everything was packed when they arrived Thursday morning. Arrival time was 7:30 with three men, the fourth showed up about an hour later. We did not leave Hollywood until about 12:30. Arrival time in Boca was about 2 PM when unloading started. The truck was not big enough for my household. Towards the end, the staff was trying to figure out how to "put" stuff on the truck. All major items were moved, however a number of small items like hair dryers, laundry detergent, radio's were left behind. I believe time had run out rather than space on the truck since they were small items. The clock to get to the condominium on time was running. Another point. Looking at some of the pictures and listening to some of the talk, it sounded like Move On has a fleet of trucks. My current understanding is there is one "Move On Demand" truck with logo's and company information painted on. The rest are rented and you may want to ask. Needless to say, moving did not finish by 3:30 the cut off time by the condominium. I was told arrival time to finish unloading was 9 AM on Friday morning. They arrived around 11:00. and that may not have been a problem except I was having some equipment reassembled by a third party. Half the equipment was still on the truck and it was within a few minutes of having another trip by the third party to finish the work. I forgot to mention, this was suppose to be a one day move. This was the reason for having Move On Demand do the packing on the previous day. I have wood floors and the fellows unloading the furniture did not always put something underneath the lip of the dolly to prevent scratching of the floor. I have not noticed any scratching at this point, however it was mentioned to them several times and door mats were provided to place the dolly lip on. They were used about half the time. There were some "gouges" on my dining room table. Not anything horrible and I have withheld part of the final payment ot insure it is repaired. I was left with the wardrobe boxes at no additional charge until I could unpack them the next day. They are ready for pick up now. Was this a horrible move, no. However from the other reviews I expected much more. Looking at previous reviews it seems that most of the jobs are for lesser amounts of money. Maybe this exceeded the capabilites for the company. I heard that they didn't understand how small or far the elevators were from where the truck unloads. They should know and calculate this. They are in the moving business. Pricing was ok. The cost went up due to the number of hours estimated on the quote. I do not think the staff sat around. It took more time than estimated and would have been the same with any mover. Just rather disappointing.

Prompt, efficient, and respectful. This had to be the best move I've ever experienced. Thank you Hector and your crew. You did exactly what the company's owner ( Arthur Yale ) promised when I signed the contract for the service. I highly recommend this company.

I chose this company because of the number of A's it had on Angie's List and the awards received. They were every bit as good as their evaluations indicated. When they wrapped the paintings, you would have thought that they worked for an art dealer, they were that meticulous. I plan to be moving a whole household in about a month and will definitely be using them again. They did a great job.

Hector's crew did a great job. I have been through a lot of moves and movers over the years, but I would place these people at the top of the list. I asked for an honest and complete estimate with a variety of contingencies and Arthur Yale did just that. I definitely will use Move on Demand for the move from storage to my new home. Very impressive!

After a previously hired mover bailed on me because they did not have the insurance requirements needed by the condo building I was moving from, I called Move on Demand. They were able to have the insurance needed (although at an additional cost), and were able to schedule a move the day after my original move. However, my condo building had the elevator reserved for that day. I had to settle for a move about 3 weeks later, mostly due to elevator restrictions at the condo building and because it was late December and holiday season. When the move finally did occur, Move on Demand was punctual, professional, careful with my items and with the building's equipment, and able to complete my move timely. Everyone hates moving, but anyone who can make it as stress-less as possible gets my vote.

Not well my property was damaged & it was never repaired or addressed.

I contracted for a truck and 2 men for 4 hours. I got 5 men and the move only took an hour and a half. The guys did a good job and I would recommend them to anyone.

They gave me the best deal possible. They also took care to dismantle and reassemble the crib for me with in the time frame, they were very fast, like lightning fast, and they were very careful also and very patient. Excellent people, excellent service, no words to describe beyond this. Would recommend them to anyone. They were also very friendly people.

Eduardo was responsive from the first phone call. He came out did an estimate and although my expenses were more because the move took longer than the Angie's List discount coupon offer I had, it was worth it. The guys were punctual, courteous and efficient. There was no lag time and they were careful with all my items. Although I moved within the same city, Coral Springs it was a lot of work to move an entire house and they did it in one trip! As a woman and since I did this move pretty much by myself, they made it so much easier. Thank you Move on Demand!

I emailed this company on a Sunday night with a last minute request for a mover. The owner (Arthur) called me within 15 minutes of my email. He gave me an estimate within a few days and the cost was exactly what he had told me. His crew was great. I would highly recommend this company. They are top notch!

Arthur and his team are great. No hidden fees with the price quote, it was exactly what Arthur said it would be. Utilized them for some packing and moving our goods from a 2 story house about 50 miles north. Everything arrived in great condition and the staff was very courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again and urge friends and family to try them as well.

Move on Demand actually did two moves for us when we underwent a total interior home renovation and needed to vacate the house during the construction. In September '13 they moved our furniture into a local storage facility in Boca Raton that they recommended, and in December '13 they moved the furniture from storage back into our home at the end of renovation. They did a very careful and professional job on both ends. The movers were punctual, polite, and helpful. They went the extra mile to place items exactly where we wanted them. They took extra care not to scuff or damage our newly painted walls and woodwork. They didn't damage any of our household items except for a small dirty spot on a mattress. The moving charges matched the estimates. The two moves went off without a problem and were among the smoothest we have experienced. We highly recommend Move on Demand for your local move.

They are the best, they arrived on time. They handled all my furnitures very carefully. These people are true professional. Excellent service and great price. I would use them again.

The move itself went very smooth, the guys were prompt and professional. My issue is with Arthur. He visited my home and estimated that the move will take 6-8 hours. That was his "professional" opinion. Well, the actually move took 3 hours, not 6-8. But Arthur claimed I still had to pay for at least 6 hours. He was not very pleasant when I tried to talk to him to resolve the issue. So for that reason, I would not use or recommend this company. The recent move out of the storage unit went perfectly because we used Helping Hands Movers, which I highly recommend.

Arthur Yale came to my apartment, looked at everything that needed to be moved, and gave me a very competitive estimate. They sent 3 movers who were right on time, very professional, and took great care to protect my items and make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. The price ended up right within their estimate range. They managed to get my big, heavy furniture out of the apartment and into the townhouse without even a scratch on any walls. All items arrived in the same condition that they left. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great job!!!
