They did a good job. On time and wrapped everything well. Help move items that were packed last minute and completed early.

Arthur was very responsive from the moment I called. He was easy to work with and went out of his way to accommodate me. We thought we would be able to move straight into our new home, but a construction delay set us back about three weeks. Arthur was flexible and patient throughout this process. He even agreed to keep my furniture wrapped in blankets while it was in storage. We had two movers pack our belongings the day prior to the move. They were incredibly careful...not a single item was damaged in our move! The men were polite and professional. On both moving days, we had a team of three men. Again, all of the men were polite, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend Move On Demand to anyone who is looking for an honest, trustworthy company. Everyone in the company was courteous, and all of my furniture and household goods arrived in perfect condition. Many thanks to Arthur and his team for a job well done!

All aspects of this service were exceptional, starting with the first visit made by Arthur to give us an estimate, he and the entire Move on Demand Crew is trustworthy and knowledgeable of the moving business. The crew was on time, they did all that was agreed, they took care of our belongings, everything arrived in the same condition it was packed, the guys were attentive and responsible. The cost of the service was very affordable and the service was beyond what we expected. Thanks God, we found this company through Angie?s List.

We had multiple issues with the quality of work done. I dealt with Eduardo- he has excellent customer service and is very nice. But unfortunately my conversation with Arthur over a broken table (which the movers failed to notify me after setting up) was pretty awful-he yelled at me then hung up on me. It was like hiring a bunch a frat boys to pack up your house- random things packed together, poor labeling job on boxes (one box was labeled 'stuff') Nothing about this job was handled professionally- Go to the University and hire a bunch of kids-they will be much cheaper and probably put more care into your move!!

Arthur has some great guys working for him at Move On Demand. They moved us twice this year and both times did a great job at a reasonable price. This last move, they showed up early both days and worked quickly. They emptied a 10x15' storage unit in 24 minutes! Nothing was broken, nothing lost...just an all around professional job. They were also very flexible to meet our schedule on both moves. Would definitely recommend and use again.

It went very well. They were very accommodating. There prices were good and competitive with other movers in the area.

They are just unable to get me schedule in the time needed.

Went well. Sliding mirror in the master was cracked, but they took care of the issue.

I had to move quickly and Arthur and his team were very responsive. I had a 3 man team who arrived on time and worked hard to get everything done safely, delicately and as quickly as possible. They were very professional, did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

:30pmThis was one of the best moves I have had. Arthur was on time to our appointment for the estimate and his crew was on time, and called before arriving, for the move. They were efficient and careful and each mover had a pleasing personality. They took great care with our belongings and were careful to avoid damaging both our possessions and our former and new homes. The only hiccup was the fact that they ran out of packing boxes because the estimate wasn't exactly right and I cured that by purchasing additional boxes. All told, the move took from 8:30am to 6:30pm. The price was ultimately higher than the estimate but very fair considering the time spent. I highly recommend this company for a local move.

Arthur was great to work with. He responded immediately and provided a fair estimate. The movers were about an hour late due to traffic/getting lost. They went over the estimated amount of time, so the cost was higher than originally quoted. However, Arthur was upfront about the cost and what was included. Overall, they did a great job and I would use the company again for future moves in the area.

The Move on Demand team showed up promptly, handled all our boxes with care, wrapped our furniture so that it would arrive in the same condition they found it, and wrapped any additional frames or breakable items that needed handling with care. They also provided a wardrobe box so that moving hang-up clothes was effortless. The team was always courteous and friendly in addition to being efficient with their time and careful with our belongings.

All went well . No problems . They came earlier than agreed to , so I had to adjust my schedule .

These guys are great. They were on time, fully prepared to work, followed my directions to the letter and acted with full professionalism and a real treat to have a provider act this way. I would definitely use them again. The followed the proposed contract to the letter; there were no hidden fees or other gotch'a items. What a blessing for a change in South Florida. Highly recommended by me.

Arthur came out within a day or two of being contacted. He walked around to assess the job - he asked good questions, then sat with us to explain how his company works, their insurance coverage and then to write a quote which was very reasonable (we did apply an Angie's list coupon for the two packers). We even talked about storage which he would have provided, but it turns out we did not need it (our new house renovations were far enough along to move in). The job took place over two days. The first day was the packing job, the second day was the actual move. The two packers where fantastic - very fast, but careful, using plenty of packing material to protect our belongings. On the second day two movers joined the packers to wrap all the furniture, load everything onto the truck, drive to our new house, unload and unwrap. Everybody did a great job in just under 7 hours. No furniture was damaged or broken. Also, when we unpacked our boxes, there was no damaged or broken items. First time ever we have experienced that! If/when we need to move again, we will use this mover.

The team at Move on Demand did an outstanding job with the packing and moving my home, from start to finish. Arthur Yale (the owner) was polite and professional all the way. It was a pleasure to deal with him and all the workers at Move on Demand. From the time I made the appointment Arthur was very accommodating about the time and came to my house very punctually as scheduled. He explained all the services costs and discounts, even though I had to re-schedule my dates he was able to shuffle things and meet my request. On the day the packing service, his guys showed up at 7:45am, actually 15 mins early! They were all super professional and easy to work with and very organized. The two packers worked quickly and quietly asking questions as needed to completed the job. They worked so fast on the items which I had planned for them, that they were able to get some extra areas completed ( e.g. the garage) The next day was the actual house move ( 5 bedroom, 3 bath house 3100 sq ft?.lots of stuff). Once again the crew showed up 15 mins early and got started swiftly. All the furniture, including china cabinet, 65 inch TV, was all handled with care and was wrapped with pads & shrinkwrap over the pads as needed. They got the entire house packed up, loaded onto the truck and delivered & arranged into storage in less than 10 hours?which was exactly as quoted. Nothing was broken or damaged. Arthur was honest and forthright in his estimates, and his team worked hard to meet that estimate so that I did not have any extra costs. They made the move much less stress. Excellent work and I will definitely be using Move on Demand again in the near future.

After getting estimates from countless other moving/packing companies this was the only one I felt safe using. The movers were professional and handled all of my furniture and household items with care as if they were packing their own home up. They moved me from a 3/2.5 home in Lauderdale by the Sea to a 2/2 in Boca Raton and I couldn't be happier with their services. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or use them again.

I didn't get this done when first used Arthur's crew but have just hired Move On Demand again. They were dependable and the did the work right. The crew moved quickly and efficiently as I had purchased a specific amount of hours and they got what I needed moved done in the allotted time! They took very good care of my items and some were large, precious pieces that needed tender handling. I was very happy with them, as the costs of moving add up as well as all the time it takes to get it done. So the efficiency, ease of mind, pricing and dependability have me calling upon them again.

I've been using this team for several years, and I have recommended them to my family, friends and anyone who even mentions they may move. They are so efficient in the way they pack, protect our furniture and move it. The team is respectable and fast. The owners give me pricing and never up charge at the end. I wish there was something higher than an A+ on here.

This morning, Move on Demand completed my move from my house to Sunshine Storage in Boca.. Everything went smoothly starting with the estimate process. Arthur was prompt and professional. He used the most current software to determine the estimated timeframe and size of truck and storage facility I needed. He coordinated everything with Sunshine Storage in Boca who also was very easy to deal with. This morning, for the actual move, the team of 3 guys lead by Edwardo, arrived 15 minutes early They did a wonderful job carefully wrapping and moving my furniture and all the boxes. They worked non-stop. I didn't even have to go down to the storage facility because they had everything they needed to access the space I leased. I gave Edwardo the padlock and paid for the move before he left my house. Edwardo was able to tell that there would be no additional costs from the estimate. I am very pleased with Move on Demand and will of course be using them when I move out of the storage facility to my new home In a few months. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their move to go smoothly.

I have been married 32 years and recently moved down from NYC 4 years ago. We bought a house in Delray Beach and just moved into a brand new house in Boynton Beach. Over the years up in NY we have moved several times and the quality of service was fair. Arthur who is the owner of Move on Demand was highly recommended by a friend. We contacted him and from the minute we spoke I could tell that he was a real Mensch. He was always available 24/7 to answer any questions. On the day of the move his highly professional team showed up at 8:00 on the button willing and ready to begin. They were beyond courteous, professional, and extremely caring with all of our furniture. One on the crew is actually a partner and Arthur showed up as well. They unloaded all of our boxes and furniture very caringly. In all of my years moving, I have never ever came across a moving company like this. They treated us like family. I would recommend them without any reservations .I will never use anyone else again for any other move. I hope they remain in business for a very long time. If you want a smooth move with piece of mind this is the company to go with.

I have moved several times but never used to pay for professional movers until I got older/wealthier/smarter/more feeble. Move On Demand was BY FAR the best experience I've ever had moving. They did exactly what they said they would do in record time, there was no damage, and the men were experienced, friendly, professional and FAST. They beat me to the new house with only a few minute's head start and had a gigantic truck. Calls were returned promptly, the paperwork was easy, they were available with less than a week's notice and they provided tape and pads, disassembly of furniture and reassembly. It was all included. They didn't charge me a dime extra, unlike the last experience I had where everything was an upcharge. I cannot say enough good things about Move On Demand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to move in S. Florida. Great job, guys, THANK YOU!

They were totally professional, did exactly what they said they would do, worked very quickly but with care, and all of my furniture was completely well taken care of and perfectly packed before they put it in their truck. Everyone was totally cooperative. It was a difficult move nobody complained and all of the people I dealt with were absolutely pleasant. I would highly recommended them.

Arthur and his team were very efficient and moved the entire condo in a very reasonable amount of time. They worked very hard and were the consummate professionals. Originally, my husband and I planned to be there to supervise the move and give instructions. However, a health crisis kept us from flying to Florida and Arthur was able to work with the condo superintendent to get the job done. There was no last minute price changes or haggling; a different kind of mover would likely have taken advantage of our absence, but this was not the case here. I would recommend Move on Demand anytime.
