A full team arrived, loaded our furniture and boxes. Promptly arrived at the new house and unloaded. This is a very efficient company, I would highly recommend

I received a call two days prior to the move. The told me they would arrive between 8:00 - 8:30am. They arrived at 8:05. Very punctual and professional. Did a great job and treated out items with care. The move was 7 hours and they were non stop.

They helped me move to another office. They were very accommodating with the date and time. I needed to move on a Saturday. The guys came in on time and even helped me pack the last couple of boxes. Very professional crew. I would definitely hire again.

The price was reasonable, and staff were quick and courteous. Also, when I needed to add on an extra delivery location, they were flexible. I would use them again.

Excellent. Crew arrived on time, professionally wrapped furniture in blankets, transported to storage facility, and unloaded into storage unit.

They did a great job with packing up items ( paid service) took great care to wrap up formal china ware and all breakables. Very professional and courteous team of workers. Arthur was very good to deal with over the phone and in person.

Terrible. They showed up, said that we had more boxes than were in house when they came to estimate, which was a lie. We agreed to 1800.00 instead of the 1500.00 quoted. They had a "flat tire" on the way across the state, even though we took same route and never saw them. They damaged a piece of furniture, and refused to pay to get it fixed.

Went great, no issues at all. We even had to change the date of the move two days before, and it was no problem moving to the following weekend. The quote included seven hours of moving, with extra time costing about $100/hr, but they actually completed everything in about six hours. No damage to our stuff or to the walls in either house.

First, the quote process was simple and very precise. Arthur came in to our home and made a comprehensive list of the items to be moved and produced an accurate quote based on our needs. The movers were FANTASTIC. They took very good care of our belongings, and they were very personable. We could tell that they really cared about doing a good job. They were very well organized and efficient, and they even finished an hour earlier than expected. This was our first time hiring movers. I've heard so many horror stories about secret charges and broken items that I have to admit I was pretty nervous. Not that we plan to move again for a very long time, but when if we do, we will certainly use We Move on Demand.

Arthur is a great guy, I love Arthur. Their very nice, very organized. You can tell their real experienced. They knew what they were doing and did it well. Arthur is very professional, but I didn't notice until later, that they broke a kitchen table of mine and they realized they broke it, but they didn't say anything to me. So that was upsetting but I didn't recognize it so I didn't say anything to Arthur or he would've done something about it. I didn't think it was worth enough for me to say anything and I didn't want to give Arthur a headache cause he's so nice. I think if Arthur was there that would have been a good thing, But one of the other guys broke something and didn't say anything. I don't know if it was a guy they just brought on. Other than that it was a great job. Arthur is very good, he knows his business and does it well and he makes the process easy and no headaches. I would definitely feel comfortable using him again.

I had used Move on Demand before and my experience with them was so good that I didn't consider using another company. True to form when I called Arthur he was so nice and understanding. He came out to assess how much stuff we had and gave me an estimate right on the spot. He even remembered that his company moved me into that home! That's customer service at its best as far as I'm concerned because it had been over 3 years. We were in a unique situation where we were attempting to close on the sale and purchase on the same day. Arthur worked with me to come and pack up my belongings and store them for a day so that I wouldn't have to worry about moving and the closing on the same day. The closings were delayed by some unforeseen circumstances but Arthur was still willing to work with me to store my belongings an extra day. The crew that came to my home to pack up my stuff were three very nice young men who were professional and fast. I had a lot of stuff so they were there most of the day and made the process so worry free. I had boxes that were packed but not sealed so they sealed them up and kept going. They even helped me pack up the last minute items. When it was time to deliver my stuff to my new home, there were two young men who handled the job but the efficiency and professionalism was still very apparent in the way they handled everything. Not one thing was damaged or broken. I have recommended Move on Demand in the past and will continue to do so for anyone who asks for a moving company that can be trusted to handle your belongings with care.

Stellar. Easy to set up move with Arthur. Bryan, the lead mover, arrived on time and was extremely professional and efficient. He and another mover completed the entire move in 3 hours.

Excellent!! Arthur was really nice. He explained the whole process and helped us every step of the way. He definitely took the stress out of moving. The movers were great too! Punctual and very careful with fragile items. All furniture was wrapped for protection before transport. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We Move On Demand finished ahead of schedule, under budget, and with absolute professionalism through the whole process. Moving is extremely stressful, and having them do our move took away a great deal of that stress, as we felt we were in good hands the whole time. After being dissatisfied with the estimates of other companies with lots of hidden fees, travel and fuel charges, etc, I met Arthur Yale who offered me a better alternative. He arrived at my house to do an estimate on time (early in fact). He gave a great presentation and used his tablet to log all of my furniture and belongings to give me a very close estimate on time and how large a truck we would need. He was polite and professional the whole time. What really sold us was that everything was included with no hidden fees. It made us feel comfortable we knew what to expect. On the day of the move we had 3 men, one of which was a supervisor and part owner of the company, showed up on time and ready to go. In fact they even called the day before to confirm everything, which we loved. They were extremely fast, professional, polite, and moved with speed and efficiency. It was a sight to behold. As we were watching them my wife and I both realized we had made the right choice. They wrapped everything carefully with furniture pads and endless rolls of tape. Arthur quoted us 7 hours and they finished it all in 6 with a 30 min lunch break they credited back to us. We could not be more pleased. The only broken item was a light bulb that exploded due to a cheap plastic light fixture, through no fault of the men. We joked that if all we lost was a light bulb we would be happy campers. I highly recommend we move on demand and we will use them again one day in the future.

Wow! Amazing experience and company! They just left my house and they did such an amazing job. They quoted us 6 hours to move everything and it took exactly 6 hours, they even showed up exactly on time. The 3 guys were so friendly and you could tell they took pride in what they do. The cost was very reasonable and cheaper than other places I called. If I was moving again I would use them in a heartbeat.

Went super smoothly. The team even helped us pack up a few boxes with some random loose things we didn't get to pack. They also were polite, which is hard to find these days.

Very professional an excellent moving company with very courteous and reliable workers. Will be using them again in approximately 6 weeks to move into our new home in Port St Lucie. We Move On Demand was professional from the first phone call to the final move. I received a call within 10 minutes of my request through Angie's List, and worked through a quote of moving from an apartment and storage unit to a home. The movers arrived on time and were professional, conscientious, quick, friendly and very careful. They moved everything within the allotted time, wrapped furniture carefully, and set up the bedroom furniture. After my last frustrating experience with a North Florida moving company, it was a relief to work with a thoughtful company. The rate was reasonable, and I would definitely hire them again.

I hired this company based on the Angie's list reviews and I am more than pleased with the results. I had a small move (moving an elderly family member from her condo into my home) and purchased the 3 hour special for $350. Arthur, the owner was able to coordinate my move with a morning move so that we would not have to wait an additional week, which was extremely helpful. Eduardo and Brian called me the night prior to confirm their arrival and called me 1 hour prior on the day of the move. They arrived exactly on time and worked very quickly. They actually finished the job in less then 3 hours and asked if there was anything else they could help me move around in the home before they left. Both Eduardo and Brian were very polite, clean and I could not be more pleased. They left both homes spotlessly clean, and most importantly there were no hidden charges or extra fees whatsoever, EXACTLY as advertised. I would recommend this company.
