This company cannot go on the roof of a 3 story building, so our problem didn't really get solved. I still had to pay them for their service. Now I need someone to go up there to see if we can solve the problem completely. The man did spend 3 hours working on it to clean it. Some kind of blockage in the stack.

Technition was kind and professional. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable with respect to dryer vent cleaning. He took the time to clean his shoes before entering my home and after he came down from roof. There were no hidden cost or up charges ..just flat fee that included everything. Most companies quoted me less but said there could be more charges after tech completed inspection. This company gave me an accurate and solid quote for the complete job…not just a “teaser quote” to get in the door. They did everything they said they would and I’m very content with outcome. I would recommend them to a friend without hesitation
