It was a great job I feel my dryer is clean and safe now.

I have a rental unit where the renters had not been cleaning the dryer vent trap and it was completely clogged. The Dryer vent company showed up on time and did an excellent job cleaning out the vent + they diagnosed what was wrong with my dryer. I would recommend them.

I used the dryer vent company to clear the vents from my dryer as it was taking too long to dry my clothes & the dryer was not working efficiently. Itâ s only 2 1/4 years old so I knew it was time to have this service. I looked on Angie and was very pleased with the reviews for this company. I also enjoy and like to hire a family owned business which they are. The technician was on time professional, thorough , and extremely knowledgeable in what needed to be done. The owner followed up inquiring what about the service and if I was satisfied. The personal attention is what makes a company that you want to use again and again. TY!!!! A+++ð

Dave responded immediately, I told him what I thought was going on and we set an appointment. This was for my mom's house . I had a good feeling about him, sounded extremely knowledgeable, many years in the business. Arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the situation and initiated the repair. Gave updates during the repair, I approved the pricing along the way and it came out to under $40 less than the initial estimate. Couldn't be better. I wish I could use him for everything that might need repair in the house. I'm sure Dave is the best there is.

They came while I was out of town, neighbor let them in. They called me while they were there, and confirmed work to be done. My clothes dryer has NEVER worked this well and I had 2 other companies over the years. Not a thing out of place when I returned. I will only use and recommend The Dryer Vent Cleaner from now on !!!!!

The customer service was excellent and the work that was done completely resolved the problem I was having with dryer loads taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. Dave,the rep I made the appointment with was a pleasure to deal with and Frank,the service technician,did a great job.
