The install went perfectly. The crew is terrific and they completed everything in the time they promised. The crew works very hard to make sure you are happy with the placements and they accommodated our particular style even moving plants multiple times. Pristine also warrantees their work and plants and I can assure you they deliver on that promise. It's hard to find contractors in south FL as reputable as Pristine. Use them. You won't be sorry.

Mark and his team did an amazing job. The proposal was fast and had a fantastic computer imagine showing me the results. My front yard is now the envy of the neighborhood and my backyard is now the oasis I've always wanted. I'd recommend Pristine to anyone looking for super high quality landscaping at competitive prices.

They were PHENOMENAL! Pristine go above and beyond in customer service. They were on time and had the absolute best attitude. The designer was fantastic, and the crew met the same standards. I wish I had more work for them! They were extremely flexible and willing to meet all my needs.

Sue and her wonderful team arrived right on time and got right to work. She made sure that I approved all the plants before and the set-up of where everything was going to be put in the ground before planting them. The job was done all in one day. She provided a wonderfully detailed care and guarantee sheet that I can easily follow, so all the new plants stay hydrated and alive. All of her employees were very friendly and professional. I cannot recommend Sue and her team more highly. Pristine Landscapes represents the epitome of what any contract work should be; fast, courteous, professional, and very well done. Her team sets the standard! It is completely evident that Pristine Landscapes truly cares about their customers and the experience, a real rarity these days. It's refreshing to deal with a company in South Florida that has high professional standards. Dealing with Sue Sommer was a pleasure as she was extremely responsive and her follow up and attention to detail was exemplary. All work was done in a timely and very capable manner. The landscaping crew arrived right on time along with Sue. Sue staged the project, and made certain that the crew knew exactly what needed to be done, what current plantings needed to be removed, which needed to be refreshed/pruned and where each new shrub/plant needed to be placed. The crew went immediately to work, and completed the project on time. They were professional and polite, cleaned the entire area before leaving, and made sure we understood about further care of the new plantings.

Sue and her team did an amazing job. We were actually coordinating with her and our screen enclosure contractor(they were a nightmare.) She even helped us keep them in line by keeping them off our newly planted greenery. She has an eye for making things look good and was worth every penny. Thank you to you, Sue, and the rest of your team.

He cleaned up everything, removed a vine that had grown out of control, weeded the garden and even replanted a plant that I had not asked him to do. AND the price was more than fair. This is a wonderful company and a great guy.

Everything went great, from landscape design by the owner, to interacting with him and his great office staff. His office support is the best, professional and friendly, and on top of every detail. I really was so impressed with his team of landscapers who did a superb job. (I cannot believe how hard these guys work! WOW!) Pristine Landscapes is/was a pleasure to work with and I feel lucky that I selected them to do this important work for me. I am receiving so many compliments about how great this looks and I am telling everyone who did this work. I highly recommend this company. Mark and his team were awesome. Mark worked with us over many months, designed a beautiful plan. Because we were out of state, we had many contractors coming to our house, and Mark we needed Mark on a certain day. He was incredibly accomodating. We worked on the design long distance and when the big day came for installation, Mark was there with his crew at exactly when he said he would be. The landscaping is absoleutely beautiful. Modern, hardy low maintenance native plants, beautiful fox palms and a gorgeous design. Neighbors are stopping to admire the work Mark did. A job well done! Just beautiful!

This review is long so I will give you the end of the story first: I loved working with Sue and her Team from Pristine Landscapes! Now for the whole story – and why I loved working with them (wish I had looked at Angies List first though – for the coupon!!!): I just finished a project to refresh the landscaping in my front yard. This turned out to be a very long project as I needed to decide what I wanted to have done and then had to find people to come out and quote it, get the quotes, make a decision and schedule the work and so on and so on. I gathered quite a few names that were suggested on the various Weston Facebook Groups. And was very surprised by what I experienced once I started calling the vendors. Some vendors never even returned my phone call. Some did but never at a time I was able to answer a phone and they did not answer theirs when I called back and after a few times of missed telephone calls they just disappeared. Then the most upsetting group: I had three of these...who came out, promised quotes and never sent them. They did not return calls when I tried to follow up, they did not return emails. They did not want the business but did not have the grace, manners and courage to just tell me that. I wasted a lot of time and energy trying to get their quotes. And my job was a nice sized job cost wise....or at least to me it was... And then I found Sue with Pristine Landscapes. She came out and from then on not only delivered on what she promised but far surpassed my expectations. I got the quote when promised. It was in line with a few others I had received so it was very fair. She followed up...via phone and email. She answered questions. She stayed in contact. On the scheduled day she turned up with a lovely 5 man crew who worked their hearts out for 6 hrs in horrible, horrible heat...and they really worked! And they left me with a front yard that is exactly what I had asked for and is beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Pristine Landscapes. Ask for Sue. She hears what you say and delivers- on time, at a fair price, no games, lots of keeping you in the loop. I would rate this as a FANTASTIC experience.

It is not even possible to describe how absolutely happy we are with the entire experience. If you feel seeing is believing just have Pristine Landscapers come out and design for you.... They will show you a photo plan especially to meet your needs and that photo will be what you get installed if you approve of it. You will be blown away. I doubt there is a better team than Mark, Sue and Ansal's crew in this County. Pristine is pure gold in every way.

It was great from start to finish. Sue was wonderful, super easy to work with and very efficient. I had specific ideas of what I wanted and she worked with the requests with confidence and helped me see where any adjustments had to be made within discrediting me. She quickly got me a quote after her first visit, along with a computer rendering. (possibly could update that software) She answered all our questions efficiently and made contact with us regularly. She worked within our schedule, actually went above and beyond to meet a deadline for us. The day of the install, they were on time and efficient, kind and informative. I had full confidence in their work. It was a pleasure to work with everyone on the job!

Excellent work. Sue did a great job in hearing our thoughts and suggesting ideas. She provided a drawing up front to give an idea of what it would look like. Her team arrived on time and completed the entire project in one working day. We are totally happy with the results. In fact one of our neighbors saw and decided to redo their front as well, asked who did the work and we passed her name on to them. I totally recommend!

Outstanding job performed. The job was not an easy one but from the first moment Sue was very responsive and professional. I was presented with pictures of my property with visual representation of the final product, a great idea! My concerns were addressed promptly and improved with Sue's suggestions. They were very busy during the time I contracted them but the short wait was well worth it. The place now looks very open and "Pristine".....:) On the day of the job they came as promised and in full force with a large crew. Very happy with the end result and Sue's suggestions.

After calling around to at least 5 other gardening companies in the area, I am so thankful I this company. We are renting a house with a large backyard, that was in very poor condition when we moved in. We just needed basic "clean up and haul out", but it was not a small task. When I asked for a quote, they were very helpful and forthright with the pricing, and even asked if I could send him pictures and measurements of the yards, to be able to give me a more accurate quote. I sent these to him same day, and he ended up emailing me back right away with a more detailed invoice. They worked with me on a budget, to get the most bang for my buck. They were able to schedule the work within the time that I asked (which was a tight timeline, and every other company said no way). The team did a great job, and cleared out what we needed. On the original day of the work, there wasn't enough room in the van to clear out everything we had, but they came back another day to finish the job! No extra cost. they quoted us a certain amount, and he followed through to complete it.

Pristine did a superb job! Sue, our project manager, exceeded our expectations with her professionalism, courtesy and follow up. Pristine transformed a mediocre landscape into one which people stop and compliment us on the appearance. In addition to the aesthetically pleasing front and back yards, I know Pristine added great value to the price of our home. Every detail was addressed in exquisite detail. Antel, her crew supervisor, is a perfectionist with great customer service skills. Sue informed me that he had been employed by Pristine for 16 years, which says a lot about treating employees and customers fairly and with dignity. Of all the reviews that I have written on Angie’s List, this is the best. I will highly recommend Pristine to everyone I know who is looking for stellar design and execution, great value and superb customer service.

Mark Sommer provided a creative design that perfectly matches the style of our house. Sue Sommer and her team performed a top quality installation and adapted the design onsite to ensure the best possible end product. The Pristine Team was highly professional, responsive and innovative, and worked hard to satisfy our requests while staying on budget. They went above and beyond and we really could not be happier with the results.

Beautiful design. Easy to work with this vendor. Always easy to talk to. I recommended him to my sister and she was also very pleased with their work.

Sue Sommer and her professional team did an outstanding job! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the design, layout and new plants. Our landscaping front, side and back has never looked better. The price was fair, they were on time and followed our budget with no surprises; what more could you want? We definitely recommend Pristine Landscapes and will use them again.

They were very professional, gave me a written quote, helped me design the yard and even created a drawing so I would know what it would look like! The drawing was beautiful and so were the end results. It came out perfect. And, most importantly, they listened to what I had to say and would check with me to see thing were in the right place and if I approved all along the way. So when it got to the end, it was just how I wanted it.

The experience was great. Very high quality of work and a team that is a pleasure to work with. They value your time and vision and don't try to up sell like many others do. We worked with Sue throughout the process and she was always engaged keeping up updated and coming on site to make sure everything is to our liking. Her team is made up of extremely hard workers who have a passion for their work. Highly recommended if your looking for any landscaping work in the South Florida Area. We continue to get compliments from neighbors and friends.

We picked Pristine Landscapes because of their Angie's List reviews. Good decision. Sue called promptly to respond to our inquiry, and scheduled a visit to see the potential job. She suggested a solution and provided a visual rendering of the proposal, and a price. We accepted the proposal, and the job was scheduled. She called subsequently to offer to do the job sooner than scheduled, and we agreed. The job was done on time, at the quoted price, and the quality of the work was excellent. My wife and I both found Sue to be professional, attentive, and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend Pristine.

Mark from Pristine Landscapes took our idea of xeriscaping and ran with it. He was very professional and the landscaping was done on time and for the price quoted. It looks beautiful.
