Really Good, Came out early. From the first person I called to the technician, it was perfect!

First Response lives up to their name. I booked an appointment for Sat because home advisor stated that was the next availability. No sooner that I booked the date Jon called and asked why am I waiting especially with a leak( major one). Jon sent a terrific worker (Seth) he fixed the leak and he noticed another and fixed that too. Both leaks were under the house. Thank you You will be my plumbers for sure.

Great people! From the initial phone call from First Response Plumbing to the technician who installed, inspected and replaced my old water heater, they were very pleasant to work with. They came when they said they would and even though it was late afternoon/early evening they still took care of my issue. They were also reasonably priced and price they quoted was the price they charged.

Pleased with the fast response and toilet repair. Our bathroom faucet needs replacement but that's for another time.

initial appointment for a price quote was on-time, second appointment to do actual work was a bit confused but the company reacted super quickly and I wound up satisfied with both the quality of the work and the price charged.

These folks are very professional and knowledgeable, with a strong customer service orientation. Whenever I had a question -- and I always have many -- I received clear, direct answers from both the technicians and the owner. I am very satisfied with their work. See details below. Our house is old, and the sewer main was very rusted. After snaking the main repeatedly, First Response sent a camera down to scope out the situation. They then used a pressure wash (again repeatedly) to remove much of the rust and send it downstream to the city sewer. This lengthy process requires sustained effort and application. It really paid off -- there was a visible difference in the pipes. They remained cheerful and responsive throughout. In addition to clearing the sewer main, they installed a bathroom sink faucet and replaced two valves beneath the sink. All in a day's work.

I scheduled a simple kitchen faucet replacement. First Response was timely, gave me a quote, and got to work. The old faucet turned out to be a real pain to get out - rusted parts and tough position - but that didn't fluster the guys from First Response. They really worked hard to get that old faucet out and did so for the quoted amount. I appreciate that integrity and the new faucet is beautiful! Thanks.

I was very pleased to see. Two young men polite, friendly enter my home. They worked well and cleaned up before they left. I don't remember shaking hands and names given from any repair men before. Thank you Carole
