Pleasant guy, but after comparing prices I feel I was ripped off. Over charged to the maximum. I won’t use them again

Very friendly and answered all my questions. Very professional.

First response was just that. They were the first to return my request, showed up when agreed upon and completed the work quickly. A little pricey, but definitely do a great job. Professional too.

Technician showed up at my house the same day as i made the inquiry. Installed a nice Moen faucet to replace the piece of garbage that my home warranty put in earlier. (Apparently American Home Shield considers a Harbor Freight tinfoil faucet to be equivalent to an existing American Standard faucet). The service was quick and professional. The cost of the faucet and labor was reasonable. Will use them again.

They came on time. After their work, we still had an issue. I contacted them and they came back to fix it.

Dimitri was on time, polite courteous and friendly. He worked on clearing the drain, trying a new approach when the snake didn’t work. Mission accomplished.

Rey came to my house 30 minutes after I was called. He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, went to the store to buy the parts, returned and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. I highly recommend First Response Plumbing.

They were even willing to come before scheduled appt. I had 3 jobs and all were finished in a reasonable amountt of time including having to out to purchase a part.
