Punctual, friendly and knowledgeable; exactly what you want in a contractor. They examined the issue, set the price and stuck with it, even though the work was a little more extensive that originally planned. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They gave me an explanation of what was wrong with my septic tank and how it could be fixed and the pricing in fixing my problem plus how much more it would cost me if I did not do something concerning the work it needed. They were also friendly and I especially liked that I didn't have to wait for services needed.

I called HA and John promptly answered. He told me the time he would arrive. He called to let me know he was backed up and would come a bit later. When he did arrive he was courteous, very efficient and neat. He took off some money because he came late. I would definitely keep First Response Plumbing in mind for another job. John left an advertising magnet on the fridge which I appreciated.

Jeff arrived on time, courteous, professional,very neat. Owner was the first to call me and set up an appointment for a FREE estimate. I love my new kitchen faucet.

He first quoted us about $700 to fix our sink that was falling out, due to shotty construction when our house was being built, and to fix our leaky faucet. After my husband explained that we couldn't afford that at the time, he did it for much less. Job came out great and Jeff, our technician was awesome. Thanks!

First Response was the first company to call. They were able to come the same day to assess problem and was given an estimate . Silvio was able to text me a picture after installation of toilet as Iive in NY. I was able to pay by phone which was very convenient. I am very satisfied with work. They were very professional and honest.

I needed to have shut offs under toilets and for washing machine replaced. First Response plumber, Jeff, gave me a free estimate, then later came to do the work. He was clean, efficient, amiable, knowledgable, and when he left, I barely knew he was here. I was very pleased with the work and now, if there is an emergency or I have to go away, I can use the shut-offs and know there will be no surprises when I get home! I now have peace of mind. Nothing worse than water damage...

He showed up, was is very professional and helpful. He gave me a estimate on my project. I called the next day to schedule the work to be done and he completed the work in a very timely manner.
