He was polite and fast. He cleaned up after himself. I wish he had warned me ahead of time that the new heater was going to be in a little different spot and leave a bare, uncarpeted spot, but I realize it couldn't be helped.

Very quick response. Installed new garbage disposal to replace leaking unit, and told my husband how to repair all whistling pipes himself (very easy when you know what to to buy) instead of charging us to do what we could repair ourselves. Very professional.

The plumber came to my home and did an inspection and found there were no leaks because the water meter was not moving. He showed me how to check this and then left without charging me any fee for the house call. When I do need a plumber I will surely use this company.

The workman arrived quickly and replaced the leaky shut-off valve for a reasonable price.

Very quick response!! Mike, the plumber was OUTSTANDING! He is very neat, respects your property, etc. He did a great job repairing my shower. A little pricey. Would have been nice to see how much the shower part cost but I will use them again. Mike is very pleasant and professional.

Would've like to have seen an itemized bill for parts and or labor. He was there 20 minutes (more or less) and I thought it was a little pricey.

Had to keep scheduling for them to come out to repair the same outside unit that they installed (brand new). They came out each time and repaired the problem but there were always more(about 5 all together). On the final call, the man who was to come out and do the repair was not available.

I received a call from the company in less than a minute after submitting my inquiry to HomeAdvisor. A plumber arrived, quoted several options, and installed a new water heater in just a few hours. He was very courteous & professional. I probably paid more than I would have if I had shopped around. But, I was in a bind and didn't have time to shop around, so it was worth it. I would hire this company again.
