A bit expensive to just repair some faulty wires at the top of our hot water heater. The technician was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I know they have a minimum repair at $175.00 but it could have been brought down for a 1/2 hour wire repair job.

service person did not arrive on time, came 2 hours later after I called them to find if they were still coming, then charged me $50 - I thought they would give a free estimate, but decided that the issue was not a pluming/hot water issue - saying it was an electrical issue ; after my electrician checked = proved to not be true! and was told my hot water heater was 120 volts, not 220 volts are service person had told me ; SERVICE UNACCEPTABLE, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEIR USE ANYONE!

When I asked how long the repair would take he told me 2hrs. It took 15 minutes & he overcharged with a $235 bill

They showed up on time, told me what the problem was, quoted me a price and took care of the problem quickly and professionally.

This comany was the first to respond, first to show up, first to quote the job and was willing to beat the competition in pricing. The last thing anybody wants is a contractor who gets offended by having competition. There is no market for them. Be first, be the best and be price competitive. That's why they got the job.
