The guy did a horrible job installing my faucet. It's still loose and he said because the faucet is plastic. Then why didn't you tell me in the first place? Offered no solution to fix the problem. I'm out almost $300 which was the price for the faucet and labor.

Previously hired another plumber who replaced the cartridge, but still couldn't find the problem with the bathtub faucet, and then recommended a valve replacement. First Response was quickly able to diagnose the problem and repair it in about an hour. Saved having to do an unnecessary expensive job. Very trustworthy. I would definitely use them again. Service tech Brian was very friendly and courteous.

Mike was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed a botched job from a different plumber and made sure all of my questions were answered before he left. He looked at several different things for me and stuck with the quoted price. He even ran to a local store to get parts. I knew upfront what the total cost was going to be. Mike is honest and I will use him for all of my plumbing needs moving forward. I had called Roto Rooter initially (thought I had an underground leak) and they kept missing appointments. I should have check Home Advisor first. Lesson learned. With pleasure I called Roto Rooter back to cancel the appointment.

Responded quickly and took care of my faucet issue, saving me money in the long run. Should not have waiting and called them earlier.

Mike was excellent and was able to explain to me just what exactly was causing the septic clog. Put in a new drainfield for our 12 unit co-op here in hollywood. They were fast and clean. After calling 3 other contractors, their price was right on the money.

After describing my problem, he told me his thoughts and how the problem can be resolved. It took around 30 minutes to complete his work. The price was acceptable. Brian is great and knowledgeable guy. He did not try to push me toward more expenses like did a previous plumber. Between two of them I saved $650.00 by not changing the toilet. I am happy.
