I requested a call prior to the work to be done and get a written estimate. Because I was responsible for finding a service tech. My Aunt was charged $400.00 more than the other quotes and I never got the call he went ahead and did the work without telling me or her how much it was to cost. I never got the breakdown for the repair. Cost/labor/and no warranty was given. I had plans to pick up the parts after I found out what needed to be done and then I was going to ask how much it would cost to install. I wanted to stay with the Titan, not get a Rheem.A new unit was only $200, she was charged over $600, and then another $225 to install a shower nob.

Tech was clear, discussed everything before work, pricing very clear and VERY honest. Did great job on a big issue. Already recommended to friends.

Installed a faucet and drain in my new laundry room sink. On time for the estimate and agreed to return at 4:00 to complete work. When no one showed, I was disappointed as I have had nothing but great success with Home Adviser's Pros. I got a call at 6:00 with an explanation and apology. Ricky came out that evening and did the job. Very satisfied.

First Response was literally the first company to call me. They were on site in an hour, did an evaluation, and provided an estimate. They (Mike was the technician) were also ready to do the job. I feel that the job was done quickly, efficiently, and with a minimal disruption to the household. Well done.

Came early AM next day after I contacted them. The plumber called to say he was on the way and also a second call to say he was stuck in traffic. He was only 15 minutes later than expected. Did the replacement Fluidmaster quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after it was installed and tested flushing. I was very pleased and was charged just what I expected. I would definitely have them again if I needed a plumber.
