I called up for a leaky faucet and I knew my main line was broken so I figured I'd preemptively get it fixed rather than have an emergency and not be able to shut the water off. They called me right up and dispatched Rudy, a very knowledgeable plumber immediately to the house. I don't know what things should cost. It seemed a bit pricey but after seeing the work go into it and that this was a professional job not some part time handy man, I have no complaints about the price. In the morning I did notice that the faucet was leaking and I called up and he immediately dispatched Rudy again. (they guarantee their work) It was just a loose fitting. I should mention that it took hours (not Rudy's fault to get the old faucet out as the bolt was so rusted on.) Never a word of complaint and was very apologetic that it was taking so long. (I wasn't charged by the hour and they didn't up the price as it ended up being a difficult job). Also we apparently when you change the main line valve sediment can move and the hot water was running slow. They advised me to run the tub until the afternoon and call back. It was still slow and I called Rudy. He was on another job but the owner himself came right out (and this was the night before Thanksgiving when everyone is trying to get home) and he managed to get the dirt out. Not only did he tell me to call if it didn't improve but to call anyway on Friday just to let him know all was good. So all and all very professional and they definitely stand by their work.

Very prompt, efficient and courteous. They charge a flat rate, rather than hourly, so due to the location of the hot water heater, it took longer for the installation than it would ordinarily. They got the permit for me, and are going to schedule the inspection for me. Would highly recommend.

He came immediately and he found another problem and he fixed right away, He took care of something my Daughter needed done that wasn't on the work order. He was amazing!

I thought I had a bad water heater and had some other things I needed to get done and he decided that the water heater was fine and I did not need to replace therefore saving me money and I have other projects for him to do now since he was so great.

Prompt response by company to request for a plumber. Plumber arrived on time for appointment and completed within the stated time frame. Chris was both proficient at the task as well as personable. Highly recommend and will be using again!
