Company very professional and workman very neat and did the job very quickly and with and with no mess at all.

Showed up on time. Even though there was an area on the wall that wasn't completely smooth, I love it.It is so worth it.I was disgusted , not to mention embarrassed by the tub but not any more.

This company did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them. They did my bathtub and the tile inside the bathtub walls. A+ for Artistic!

Was disappointed with the job at first, but they promptly sent the guy back to take care of it. It's still not 100% what I was expecting, but maybe I expect too much? I don't know.

I hired Artistic to reglaze my bathtub. They came on time and after they finished the tub ���looked��� good but I couldn���t touch the tub for three days. They put a plastic bag over the faucet but didn���t bag the shower head and it appears that a drop of water fell before the tub was dry and left a spot. Also when I could touch the tub the surface was smooth in some areas and rough in others. I called on Thursday and they said they could come out and take care of it next Thursday. When next Thursday came they called and said they probably couldn���t make it but John would call and get me back on the schedule. John called on Saturday and said he would be here either Mon, Tue or Wed. He never showed and I haven���t heard from then since.

Best thing I ever did was to hire them. The job turned out beautiful and my remodeled bathroom is now complete. My tub sparkles and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I will recommend them to my friends. joanne v

I thought the finish on the tub would be as shiny as my original tub, but it isn't. Other than that, they did a great job.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. They did an awful job and then kept saying they were too busy to come out and fix it. The manager was extremely rude and spoke down to me after I called and conplained about the job. Do not hire them!

The technician arrived early (which I was not thrilled with since I had to prepare the bathroom where he was re-glazing). He was already into the job when he told me there was a leak from the tub faucet - I was aware of the small leak, but forgot about it. He put a latex glove to hold up the leak while the new white tub paint was drying. He also instructed me how to keep changing the water out of the latex glove while the paint was drying the 48 hours. I appreciated that. The thing that I was unhappy with was that he didn't caulk off the top of the tub, but he told me that I needed to do that. Previously when I had this same tub re-glazed, the technician did that along with the re-glazing - to finish off the job, so if I had known he was going to leave it like that, I would have purchased the caulking myself and paid him a little more to caulk so that the job would look professional and great! As it is, I still haven't gone to Home Depot to purchase the caulk along with the caulking gun, and my tub doesn't look great! I saved to have this work project done, and I'm not super happy.
