I had a tub refinished. When they came they were some rough edges. They did come back and take care of everything for me. Told me if there any problems to call them. Very good customer service.

I called a few different companies and found Artistic to be very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and professional. Lori was really good at explaining the process and not pushy at all. The contractor was on time, neat and did a great job! I am considering using them again to restore my kitchen cabinets .

Made the cast iron floor tub and walls look brand new from dark brown to bright white. Amazing night and day difference what you see on their website is believable

I had them come to refinish my bathtub in white and the job was completed fast but in the haste there was over spray on my new cabinetry and door. They sent back the same technician to use a chemical to remove the haze on the cabinets that was unsuccessful. I called them back to advise them and was told the owner would call back. I never heard from him. Also the bathtub finish is full of granules and staff is very standoffish rather than making an effort to resolve the issue.

The painter, John Minitello, did a terrific job. We had maple cabinets in the kitchen and family room (over 30) and he was very protective of our property. He arrived on time, worked hard all day and left the place clean. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Extremely professional. Called when they were on the way. Very friendly & considerate. Did extra venting of odors since we have animals. Entire job finished in 2 hours. Cleaned up when they were done. And the tub looks amazing! Will definitely use them again.
