Urban Floors did a great job for us. We needed the carpet in a bedroom refastened on one side and, even though it was a small job, they responded quickly with a written estimate, the quote was very reasonable, and they scheduled the work within a couple of days. They completed the job in a very short time and the quality of the finished work was excellent. I would definitely hire them again for any other carpet work in the future.

This was an amazing experience. They were on time and very reasonably priced with the proper equipment. They have been in the business since 1978 and the professionalism definitely showed. They completed 1,500 sqft of tile and grout as well as 3 rooms of carpet. Until literally looks brand new. Highly recommend this husband and wife team!!!

I was in the hospital when this was done, but a friend opened my house for them and observed their work. I appreciate their being able to schedule this carpet cleaning so quickly. I also appreciate my contact with David and his wife by phone. The were. Dry professional and also caring. I highly recommend them.

David and Marlene worked very hard to get my white sectional clean. The material necessitated hand wash with a mild cleaning solvent. They traveled to obtain the solvent rather than wait for it to be delivered Their work and attitudes were professional. I recommend them!
